If I could get them to agree to a 2 hour window, I'd gladly let the guy have his way with my teenage daughter.  'round here it's usually between 8 and 6, then the guy shows up right after I leave for the gym at 6:30

Did he fix the cable?

A two hour window subby? I don't think I've ever been given anything less than 4 hours.

Communicating with her via text?
Texting is even making rapists dumber!

The worst part was waiting for him to come.

2012-12-19 09:24:31 AM
so... she was raped over twitter?

2012-12-19 09:24:34 AM
OBVIOUSLY he was from Comcast. They rape *ALL* their customers.

2012-12-19 09:24:40 AM
He was only POSING as a cable guy, which explains why he actually showed up.

Don't be fatuous, Jeffrey.

Impressed with the facial description technology. Pretty rare to see one that doesn't look like it could be any one of a few hundred random people I come across on a daily basis.

"Investigators says he returned a short time later, threatening the victim if she didn't let him into the home. Once inside, he pulled out what appeared to be a knife and forced the girl into a bedroom."

If only there was some sort of tool or weapon that would put the physically weak and the physically strong on an equal footing. An equalizer, if you will...

I assume that means 3pm and 5pm are her legs.

"A series of well-directed kicks drove the man from house."

2012-12-19 09:31:23 AM
At this point he stopped speaking. Perhaps because he feared someone else might be in the home and hear, he began communicating with the victim via text.

No farking way that happened

Keep reading dumbasses: She DID have a weapon, it was called her "foot":

Fearing for her life, the girl suddenly began to fight.
"She hit him she kicked and almost toward the end she just started screaming," the woman says.

A series of well-directed kicks drove the man from house.

??? this doesn't make sense.

A series of well-directed kicks drove the man from house.
 Heh heh.

2012-12-19 09:36:59 AM
I'm assuming the guy was typing his commands into the phone and then showing it to her, rather than sending actual text messages?

iMessage is way too unreliable for something like rape instructions.

"Take off ur clthes grl"
(6 minutes later, girl's phone buzzes with a duplicated iMessage and SMS, autocorrected)
"Take off uncle's grid"
wait, what?

This!

We all pitch in and pay a couple hundred or more per month, combined, (not my area of responsibility, so I've just heard the complaining) to Comcast for our wifi and cable tv for five tvs and four computers. We all use it constantly, so STFU and pay up is their option, I guess. Dudes! It's one farking cable to the house that was already there! Easy peasy puddin and pie. Just cuz there's five of us doesn't mean you can charge us that much, does it? I guess it does. We don't even get any premium channels, just "expanded basic" and the wifi. I know my son and I are heavy users with the wifi, but c'mon dudes! Like, really?

/I also own many weapons
//good luck, cable rapey guy if you ever mess with anyone in MY family, cuz you'll totally need it
RAWR!

Why, yes, I do suspect that there's more to this story.

If she didn't let him in the house. WTF girlie? DO NOT let anybody just come in your house because they are threatening you for God's sake. Make them at least break the door trying. Then be waiting on the other side with a ballbat or... whatever.

Lighten up Francis. She was extremely lucky. Especially after being stupid enough to just open the door and let him walk right in.

Ok, if this is a true assault and not a girl getting caught with an older guy she is not supposed to see, that is incredibly wrong. Funny as fark but wrong.

From the comments section of that link:

FORT WALTON BEACH - A 34-year-old man serving as a technical sergeant with the Air Force has been charged with breaking into a home and raping a woman early Sunday morning. Tech Sgt. Adam Blake Meredith is active duty with the 96th Test Wing's Explosive Ordnance Disposal Flight at Eglin Air Force Base. According to Fort Walton Beach police, Meredith broke into the woman's home about 3:30 a.m. Sunday. He found the woman sleeping in the master bedroom and woke her up. ADVERTISEMENT The woman did not know Meredith, according to his arrest report. Meredith placed a knife to the woman's neck and told her to take off her clothes. He then sexually battered her three times. Before leaving the home, Meredith told the woman not to turn the lights on or he would come back. He left in a pickup truck, then returned and tried to enter the home again, but the woman had locked the door. She called 911 to report the rape and described Meredith's vehicle to the dispatcher. The woman told officers she did not see Meredith's face during the rape, but he left a wallet containing his Florida driver license and military identification next to her bed, according to the report. A police officer spotted Meredith's truck near Beal Parkway and Howell Drive about 4:30 a.m. and pulled it over. The officer found Meredith in possession of a folding knife, the report states. Meredith was arrested and charged with three counts of sexual battery with a weapon and one count of armed burglary. He was being held in the Okaloosa County Jail on $350,000 bond Monday. Andy Bourland, director of public affairs for Eglin Air Force Base, said late Monday that he did not yet know what Meredith's duty status with the Air Force would be following the arrest. He said he would be able to provide more information Tuesday, including how long Meredith has been stationed at Eglin.

Florida derp strikes again!

Not at all. Just weird she let him in when there was no reason to do so if she didn't know him or have doings with him. Hey, if he raped her, throw the book at him when he is found. Most people know that there have been people who were caught w/ someone in the house who was not supposed to be there (due to race, age, social status or just cause Daddy hates him/her/them) so they said whatever they had to in order to get out of the situation.

I used to work with battered, abused and raped women. And men. Not an easy thing for people to get past and not something I take lightly. I just don't understand the whole "he threatened me SO i opened the door and let him in." He was already outside. Keep him there. Then again, maybe it is true cause she is 15

Yeah her story does sound a little strange, but people have been known to respond in unexplainable and strange ways when in fear. But if she is telling the truth, she should never be left alone again, she is a danger to herself.

That just sounds so wrong... It either sounds like he beat her senseless with his cock, or he covered her in, well, "sexual batter"...

Raped, molested, sexually assaulted, pretty much any other choice of terms would be preferable...

It's entirely likely she got caught doing the nasty by dad/mom and was trying to get out of trouble.  As a parent I know for a fact that most kids will like their asses off and throw anyone under the bus - even their best friend - to escape blame.

Falsely accusing someone of a crime should carry the same penalty as the person being accused would have faced.

Exactly. How'd he get her number? There would be a history of messages from his number and possible a way to track that phone.
