Silly submitter, extra school security won't come out the public safety budget. We'll just lay off a couple teachers to pay for it. Our kids dont need to be learnin no fancy foreign tongues anyways.

Having gone to a school that had an armed police presence, I'm gonna say go with the truck.

Take a look at one of the (newer) acquisitions of the Surrey, Canada, RCMP department:

Farking thing belongs in Kabul, not in a Canadian suburb.

Hey now, my kids school now has a cop on a Segway...they are secure like Fort Knox now.

/school is across the street from the PD...would still take them too long to get there.

I doubt police departments everywhere are going to pony up $145k for a truck from a company that hasn't made a single vehicle ever. This company is a scam. There website is more full of photoshop than a fark thread. They tried to get a couple hundred million from the Feds in the form of a loan and failed. Who believes this crap?

Developed in less than eight months. That just screams quality. They obviously couldn't figure out curves either.
