Full Disclosure: I work for Frogdice! :)

Haters: Go ahead and unload. I can take it. I'd rather be loved than flamed, but I'd rather be flamed than ignored. So... thanks I guess.

Cynics: Yes, it would be even more altruistic if we just donated or worked with a charity behind the scenes and didn't attach it to a promotion. Of course it would. But its not mutually exclusive. We already do stuff like that - mostly local. The post wouldn't start with "Drew's friends at Frogdice" if Drew thought we were a bunch of douchebags.

We didn't initiate this idea. We were contacted by a charity group to do this. It sounded awesome, so we did it. I'd love to see more game companies do cool stuff like this, and a lot of them do. Humble Bundle is a great example of that.

Especially in light of recent events, more people need to see that gamers are regular folks and a lot of them are good people! And charities like doing promotions like this as well so they can reach out to different communities. Its not just about the money. So yeah, we're using each other, but we're doing so in a completely open, honest, and up front manner.

Gamers: Those of you who try out the game, Tower of Elements, I hope you like it. We are a small indie studio here in Lexington, KY trying to grow. This was our first game using the Unity toolset and engine. We hope to make a sequel that builds off this with even more content, gameplay, and art. Your feedback is welcome to contribute to that.

I'm glad some folks like the promo code. For people who don't, I made another 50% off promo code for Fark readers: BOOBIES.

Enjoy!

Rowena: Best promo code EVER

Thank you. :)

By the way, Tower of Elements is completely DRM free. Buy it once, install it as many times as you want on as many computers as you want, share it with your family, no client, no internet check, nothing.

If you hate the game, my wife was the lead designer. Its her fault! (j/k it would be all of our faults)

If you think we're huge selfish jerks and we suck, lash out in an act of internet rage by putting it up on the Pirate Bay or something. Show us who's boss! I'd rather you didn't, but I can't stop you.

I'm from North Carolina. Is there an alternative discount code that I could use that won't get me smothered under pulled pork and drowned in a vat of Cheerwine?
