Because Li, who was carrying $16,000 in cash when she was arrested, doesn't speak English, her daughter acted as interpreter, and said that she was buying those iPhones for relatives back in China.

However, according to Nashua police chief John Seusing, the store had these kind of problems before, with visitors buying multiple devices to sell at inflated prices overseas.

And couldn't she just ask her niece to steal one from the factory?

Xiaojie Li, a 44-year-old Chinese woman, was tasered and arrested at an Apple store in Nashua, New Hampshire, after trying to buy more than two Apple smartphones.

The woman went on 14 December to buy two iPhones and, after making the purchase, she tried to buy more but was refused by Apple store staff, who told her that the limit was two units per consumer.

After the explanation, Li began taking video and pictures to other costumers which, according to her, were being allowed to buy more than two devices.

When the staff asked her to leave, she resisted for 15 minutes and the she was teaserd by a cop.

OH MY GOD SHE WAS MAYBE GOING TO SELL IT AT INFLATED PRICES OVERSEAS?!

You mean like big business buys up resources at cheap and sells at a far higher cost then what its worth, such as an energy broker?

Wouldn't want the lower class getting in on that racket or else people may come to realize they are paying a lot of money for shiat they don't need.

How is it "a problem" when someone walks into your store and purchases your product?

I think I favor beating and tasering this woman solely on the basis of the poor grammar and spelling someone else used when writing an article about her. And since when is it a police matter if people are selling iPhones at an inflated price overseas? I'm not claiming that the cops arrested her for that, but it seems to be an odd comment from a police officer.

...And wouldn't leave when asked, according to article posted right above yours. Apple does not have to sell iPhones to someone if it doesn't want to, but you do need to leave the premises if they tell you.

The woman didn't speak english and was getting proof she was being discriminated against, better toss her our and get the cops to beat her. The apple overlords own the police apparently.

You mean the $5,000 she was carrying? Of course not, we've got it right here. She signed a receipt for it and everything.
