Employees at Florida's Finest Linen Service, in the 2600 block of Orange Avenue, called police who found the alleged 120-pound assailant, Charles Nelson, nearby at a gas station on Orange

Orange: A strange drug but it probably explains most of Florida's behavior.

I suspect the hair may act as some sort of protective device. Or, it may be used like an antenna to receive messages.

Idiot.

If you're looking to make a good first impression, use a club, not a knife.

I've hunted wild boars with just a club.
Of course, there were 150 member in my hunting club.

If "keep your knife sheathed" is a euphemism for "don't expose your penis" then I learned that lesson many years ago.

Slartibeerfest: I always thought Kentucky could use it's own tag.

The fact that on average there are 2-3 Florida tags a day, shows it gets its own tag.

I'd say there's warrant for any of the states, but Florida has something special when it comes to dumbassey that I think it's the only one that truly deserves a tag.

The white-handled knife, with a foot-long blade, was in his waistband when ordered to drop to the ground, the report states.

How does he bend with a foot-long inflexible shaft in his pants? I mean, there were times in my teens when I had to walk kinda funny, but I never ran the risk of slicing myself open. I hope he has a sheath for that thing, otherwise his pants would fall down the first time he drew it and severed the waistband.

//I suspet "foot-long" is reporter math for 6 inches

Many years ago, HR terminated a new hire, in the middle of orientation. The manager was going over the weapons on property policy when a guy pulled out a large knife and said "oh, so I can't have this knife with me while I am at work?" She told him that no, he couldn't, and that he would need to hand the knife over to her and she would give it back when the meeting was over and he was leaving for the rest of the day.

He refused to hand it over so she fired him on the spot.

A foot long blade sounds more like a machete than a knife.
