OMG Financial Regulation! The thing that meant there were zero financial apocalypses between the Wall Street Crash and the repeal of Glass-Steagall! Why would anyone want that?

Don't they know the correct way to handle financial institutions is to let them do whatever they want, then throw billions of dollars in bailouts to save them from their own short-termism.
