It could be more interesting than the movie.

The book he has planned will be a behind-the-scenes look at how films were made in the 1970s compared to movie production today.

This really could be an interesting read.

It could be. But a 16 year old extra (and president of the Roy Scheider fan club) probably doesn't have a lot of insight into the biz.

I don't know if it's getting better but I like this season more than previous seasons. I sort of hated it at first.

Ha, I grew up on Garnier's Bayou as a kid and watched it filmed from my dad's boat.

Didn't think about writing a book about it.

Mid 1980s I was in small a restaurant in Fort Walton Beach where part of Jaws 2 had been filmed a few years prior. Was looking at the many framed photos of the event on the walls while waiting to be seated. An employee was cleaning up behind me and stuck a mop handle into the ceiling fan. Startled me enough I still remember this silly story nearly 30 years later.

CSB?

I'm writing a book great action movies. A few years ago I went down to New Haven CT and had to wait a few minutes for the roads to reopen while the finished filming Crystal Skull so I have a real insiders prospective.

I tried out to be an extra in Crystal Skull but didn't get a callback. Can I be a co-writer?

I'm sure he'll finish writing it in less than 26 minutes, he has to get to the gym.

I don't know if I never gave it a chance when it first started, or the first shows were bad, or just the promos turned me off, so I never really watched it.

Then either through Fark love, or Facebook friends, or some review, I gave it another chance, and I'm really enjoying the show.

So everybody on Fark who championed the show, I say thank you.

I sold a cup of coffee to one of assistants of Regis Philbin, just before Who Wants To Be A Millionaire came out. I can write the chapter on craft services.

Jaws 2 had potential to not be a bad movie. Not great, sure -- but at least watchable. Roy Scheider is awesome as he always is (seriously -- even in bad movies, Scheider is awesome).

But those whiny teenagers! The filmmakers made the teenagers so annoying that you end up rooting for the shark. C'mon, sharkie, eat 'em all!

I was in a crowd scene in a movie. I think the movie was called "What Did You Do in the War, Daddy?"
Never saw it.

A guy I went to high school with was in the airport scene near the end of the movie "Bullett." I still watch for the scene where he walks by whenever that movie comes on TV.

Maybe I should write a book.

I watched the Blues Brothers a couple of times and have walked down Lower Wacker Drive. WHAR PAYCHECK WHAR?!?

And SyFy later goes on to make a whole slew of movies based on that very premise.
