Does this mean a certain Farker will stop trying to humblebrag about how he was a reporter for some D-II contender? Maybe one of these days if someone acts impressed he'll shut up about it.

It was a good game, I sneezed and missed the first touchdown.

Here's a picture of the home stadium of the Valdosta State Blazers:

Oh, and the reason it says "Valdosta Wildcats" is because their home stadium is a high school football stadium. Given, one of the winningest programs in national history, but still a high school stadium.

The stadium used to be in just black and white with VALDOSTA in the end zones, so it wouldn't be so obvious that they were playing in a high school stadium, but the locals threw a fit and now the stadium is now what it is in that picture. Valdosta State could win three straight D-II titles and the rest of the town would not care. They are rabid for their high school football like it is in Texas. Its very sad to see the absolute lack of support for the University.

Hey the Matchstick is better than the Beer Bellied Pot Smoking Dragon circa 1993.

Exactly. It's not like Division II has given us truly great finishes to championship games, ever.

Since 2000, Mount Union has been a part of every D3 Championship except 2004 with a record of 7-5 in those games.

Two DIII players in the NFL, and doing quite well. You don't see that very often.
