brian7dog: Now the wife's hooked, any metallica cover she loves, but this has her rolling

there's a whole cd of Metallica bluegrass, Fade To Bluegrass. same group does tributes to AC/DC, ZZ Top, and ton of other bands.

Hey, if you're taking Christmas requests, any chance for "I Want A Hippopotamus For Christmas" or something else from Dr. Demento's Christmas album? I would normally request "Christmas At Ground Zero", but just don't feel like it right now.

Hayseed Dixie. They do a bunch of other stuff too, I actually like their version of Detroit Rock City more that KISS' original. Their original, Kirby Hill, is also pretty decent.

Saw him in Hawaii, opening, then at the Warfield in San Fran, headlining. The Warfield show was other-worldly. I still get goosebumps.

Police and Bryan Adams was the first gig for me. He was wrapped up tight, trying to avoid the Hawaii sun. Lit his guitar on fire after Voodo Chile.

I don't remember there being any other band but him at the Warfield. Dude TORE IT UP. I was exhausted after the show.
