Well, I'm screwed. I can barely stand my fiancées parents.

/Upside, neither can she.

The quickest way to a woman's heart is through her parents, Kif. Have sex with them and you're in.

Haha, my fiancée loves my parents (I get on really well with mine too), but yeah, neither of us can really put up with hers.

Thankfully we're over 9000 miles away!

My wife dislikes her relatives as much as I do. Bunch of entitled welfare queens.

Don't count on it to stay that way. My friend is stuck with some terrible freaking in laws. 5 years ago she couldn't stand her family, now she wants to visit every week.

My parents hated my ex from the first time they met her, and never passed on an opportunity to let it be known. When we broke up after 23 years their Weeners was "we knew it would not last"

My relationship with my MIL is just fine. She sits on top of the TV in her urn, and I dust her twice a year.

And my wife's MIL is right beside her on a mantle. We decorated them this year with tacky fake holly.

I really love my mum-in-law, but have an uneasy relationship with Da'.

Mostly because he'd like to catch me alone somewhere and dry gulch me, even after 22 years or so.

It's a bit stressful constantly flinching when he reaches into something, because you're not totally convinced he won't come back out with a garrote or knife.
