I thought the purpose of giving the rich tax breaks was for them to buy insanely expansive toys and provide jobs to us peons?

It's a Tata car, any positive qualities of the Jaguar brand, British engineering, or First World focus werent transferred over to the India company.

The Tata "Jaguar" is in name only; the Ford ones at least kept British qualities while improving reliability.
