Reason #1: They are all Apple Fanboys

Reason #2: Apple maps could have been layed out better if they had given the job to a three year old drawing with crayon

Reason #3: People respect the Google overlords

Reason #4: Google maps is better than Yahoo maps and Mapquest according to Lonely Island "Lazy Sunday"

Reason #5: Every schmuck with an iPhone gets excited about any little change to the platform

Reason #6: They paid $300 for the freakin' phone, They're allowed to get excited for it
