Just get "Minimum Maximum". It's like being there without the pesky humans around you.

I'll bet that a lot of the people who go will hate it and are only going to show off to their friends, because Kraftwerk are musical legends.

Kraftwerk are a band I'd like to see, but not at £60, and not to hear just one album performed. I'd want a mix of TEE, Abzug, Das Model, Autobahn, TDF.

Too many fans, too few tickets. Some of PO'ed fans who felt entitled to a ticket don't get one.
The distribution system isn't the problem.

Solution- Follow a band that respects the audiance and gets off their asses to do
enough shows to cater to the fan base.

Did it occur to you your lazy ass, pampered, rock god , past its due date, no longer relevant band
the one is at fault? Because they won't really tour?

For all the s*** the Rolling Stones get, they still play enough shows that fans have a chance at a ticket

The truth is, odds are some math wiz predicted the exact amout of tickets to sell to maximize the price/hype
for this band. One more show woud have exposed Kraftwerk as an over 50 grandpa act
and slashed the per show profit to nada.

My advice, Stay at home and dust off a kraftwerk CD. Then go to a local bar and listen to a real
live and current act.

You know there's only 1 original member left in the show you're seeing, right?

You can bet almost all the tickets showed up on a ticket brokers site almost immediately.

Like anyone would notice.

But... that is one reason why Kraftwerk aren't that big a live draw for me. It's 4 guys playing synthesizers.

I'm seeing Suede next year and I know that half the band have gone, and it doesn't matter too much as long as that half doesn't include Brett Anderson.

Is that why the cheapest seats for the Prudential Center are $370 each for single seats (cheapest pair is $400 per) for the first night and $690 for the second night?

/not going

I saw Tangerine Dream in concert, and it was mostly like that too. Great music, but you're basically watching three guys type for two hours.

yeah, but.....it's Kraftwerk, or at least a reasonable facsimile thereof!

i saw them on a recent US tour; yes, it was basically 90 minutes of 4 guys standing there standing in front of laptops, possibly chatting with hot babes, watching Hulu, or posting on fark, we can't really say, but.....it was still them.

an the videowall images were really cool.

so i can say i saw kraftwerk, yay me.

Jeez, took this long for the obvious Big Lebowski references?

Besides, the band name is Autobahn.

Isn't Kraftwerk that band that tried to ripoff Daft Punk?
