The crux of my position is that the asymetry between the two (not simply age but power, maturity, self control, experience) makes the relationship exploitive, even and in part because the kid probably wanted it very very a lot. Im not sure what further evedince is needed.

Plus these type of relationships are just about always manipulative. Yeah the 15 year old wants sex, but this lady knows that, and will use that to manipulate him into doing what she wants.
