Not for a couple of years, why? Did Californians come in and ruin it like they did to Colorado?

And all the the State of New York posts on FB is attention whore posts and boasts about how it's the best state, and doesn't really care for Connecticut.

When I think about what the boss wrote down as a response, it makes me wonder, what in the angry employees message stated that he is homosexual? Is it "pervvy", because I have never heard that term used before in any British parlance.

Since she wrote "I'm leaving Bozeman for good tomorrow", I don't think "a firin'" is anything she's worried about.

It's not that - it's that the female employee thought the male boss was making her do perverted things, which he obviously wouldn't do if he were gay.

She didn't know he was gay. She used "pervy" to mean "He looks at me with creepy sexual desire." He's saying "I'm not interested in you at all since you're a girl. Everyone else knows I'm gay. Why didn't you?"

Perhaps this can shed some light on her choice of vocabulary:

How hard is it to be a tourism promoter? Its one of those fake jobs that don't require any results.

Typical woman, has the easiest job in the world and still biatches about it because she might have a tiny bit of actual responsibility.

Boss: Hey Shay, the rest stop manager called and says we need to order more toilet paper for number #74 outside of Billings. Maybe you could do that sometime in the next couple of weeks.
Shay: fark you slavedriver!

2012-12-07 05:20:27 PM
It's obviously done on purpose. Why else would you specifically say "F this job"? Can't say I blame her, it is really tempting to screw over your boss when you finally quit that lousy job.

I have not spent my life on the internet because I started as a working person before the internet was readily available outside of universities and government labs. But, I can tell you, I've never ever complained about my job online. I've not even emailed about bad patches at work. That's always reserved for in person conversations or phone calls.

It floors me that people who have grown up using the internet are so blissfully unaware that information goes where it goes, no matter how tightly you try to control it.

I feel obliged to say something, since this happened in my big-but-small state...and in fact also happened in one of my towns...but nothing comes to mind. So I'll just say this instead: I have a ten-inch wang.

Contents Under Pressure: I've never ever complained about my job online.

Yeah, me neither. I mention my employer generically sometimes en passant - but never to biatch. I usually don't even name my employer even though its name is in my profile, just to make it that much harder for lazy people to connect the dots.

I've got this career type job and it's farking golden, and I'm not just giving it up for farking nothing.

Yeah. I draw a clear, bright line between my social and professional networks. Facebook = strictly social. LinkedIn = strictly professional (with one or two family-member exceptions)

That way I don't have to ever worry about that sort of accident happening... which is good, because I have worked for my share of WANKERs in my time... and it's nice to be able to vent about it.
