Are they certain it wasn't a centaur, or perhaps a minotaur? What about a hippocampi?

I just love how this crackpot dictatorships think that just because they can make a cowed and terrified populace believe anything they want, the rest of the world won't laugh in their face when they try to make these rediculous claims. They're like that pathologically lieing kid on the playground that insists he has a Babe Ruth rookie card but refuses to ever bring it to school or let anyone come over and see it.

Maybe a cultural memory preserved via oral tradition of some neolithic beast that was hunted to extinction like a mammoth, giant ground sloth, or subby's mom.

Sarge: So unless anybody has any more mythical creatures to suggest as a name for the new vehicle, we're gonna stick with: the Warthog. How about it, Grif?
Grif: No, sir. No more suggestions.
Sarge: Are you sure? How 'bout Big Foot?
Grif: It's okay.
Sarge: Unicorn?
Grif: No, really. I'm... I'm cool.
Sarge: Sasquatch?
Simmons: Leprechaun?
Grif: Hey, he doesn't need any help, man.
Sarge: Phoenix?
Grif: [sigh] [muttering] Christ.
Sarge: Hey Simmons! What's the name of that Mexican lizard? Eats all the goats.
Simmons: Uh, that would be the Chupacabra, sir.
Sarge: Hey Grif! Chupathingy, how 'bout that? I like it. Got a ring to it.

To put it in context:

North Korea's state media is renowned for making bold claims, especially when it comes to embellishing the personality cults of the ruling Kim dynasty.

The late Kim Jong-Il, who died a year ago, reportedly carded a 38-under par in his maiden round of golf, striking between five and 11 holes-in-one depending on various accounts of the feat.

I totally do. In fact, I have 5. You just want me to bring them so you can steal them.

Jerk. I'm not inviting you to my birthday either. And I'm gonna have unicorn dragon rides too. Even if you come , I'm not going to let you ride any.

You can't even see the baby bump in that picture.

How the hell do you get an out-of-wedlock pregnancy into a kids' show anyway?
