I didn't mean it like that; I'm just saying that people often praise or detract from a president based on actions that president doesn't actually have controll over. Yes, the president can have an effect on most things; but that effect, by its very nature, is often indirect.

That's great and all but if all you dimwits would have voted for Newt, we'd be enjoying $2 a gallon plus planning our summer trip to the moon....but noooo, had to vote for this guy.

Gas prices fall every winter. Thankfully.

Also thankful that my electric bill was only $80 this month. It used to be more than twice that at this time of year.
