I'd imagine that many, if not most of the people who live in this asshat's properties are in tenuous housing situations, and don't have a lawyer on retainer. Even assuming that you could find an Internet Lawyer to take the case pro bono or on contingency, it still puts you in a precarious position.

I imagine the ACLU would be more than happy to pay for the suit.

It would be funny if all of the Obama voters moved when their leases were up and no new Democratic voters moved in and he lost his job because of the lost revenue.

And when he sent out this letter threatening anybody who voted for Obama with eviction he just made the process that he will have to go through to evict somebody that much harder. When he takes somebody to eviction court all they have to do is whip out this letter. They may not win, but it sure will gum up the works and draw things out, hell you may even find a judge siding with the person being evicted because of this letter.

I wonder if they have a possible lawsuit against this guy for intimidation. Any internet lawyers know?
