Cool graphic (and excellent half-season for TWD), but this:

They find noteworthy - the gradual increase in the body count, the increasingly creative means of Zombie dispatch, and the fact that every character seems to have developed a clear enjoyment for putting the ambulatory cadavers down for good.

Should not be noteworthy. Every TV show has to do that to maintain the audience. If they just continued killing them the way they usually do, people would get bored (same if the body count stagnated or started decreasing). Hell look at the Spartacus series. They went from simple beheadings to having guts splayed out and guys faces being chopped off (that was brutal).

The only thing that really annoys me about this show is that everyone is instantly a crack shot, head-shotting zombies with a pistol from 50 yards while leaning out the window of a car.

Last episode was awesome.  Heckuva a way to reunite those two.

Maybe with Rick's revolver,  maybe.  Definitely not with any of the other ones.

He's been shooting zombies everyday for the last year or so of his life, I would imagine that one would get to be a pretty good shot like that.

Lori was useless AND a giant whore. Glad the biatch is dead.

Best comment on her I've read online :"Lori left The Walking Dead the same way she came in. With her pants off."

Well, we see him reload for a few seconds. But until that point, he fires 31 consecutive shots.

Lori WAS useless subby. Unless you count farking her hubby's best friend with her son sleeping in a nearby tent. Or hiding that she's carrying said douchebag's love child and neglects to mention this to her husband (or make a real decision to terminate it). Or about whining about her son learning how to shoot to defend himself and others. Or...oh never mind, you get the picture.

Cool graphic.

Hershel became a killing machine after he realized that there wasn't a cure. Glenn and Maggie killing a lot this season...as is Car.

I'm really hoping the Governor takes recent events to heart, realizes he's made a few mistakes, and decides "forgive and forget" is probably the best path to take.

She was unconscious. Whether she was dead or not, I'm not sure, but she had not yet turned.

Either way, it was definitely a mercy killing.

Take it for what it is. It's a show about a group of nobodies fending off a worldwide zombie apocalypse. Don't get too wrapped up in details.

It's pretty clear where that moment is in the chart, too. There's suddenly a whole string of [Hershel / Shotgun] tiles.

The ridiculousness of the farm scene is perfectly shown in that graphic. Herschel's FIFTEEN kill streak with a shotgun(I counted all of them there at the end of season 2 together, because they were all from the same scene).

If you recall he was never once shown reloading that shotgun either. It was like he had some kind of mystical belt fed pump action shotgun

Nope, she was still comatose when Carl fired as far as anything shown. It's part of his new badassery. He didn't wuss out and agonizingly hesitate until mommy turned and attacked. He did what needed to be done with no hesitation and walked away pissed.

Yep she hadn't turned and that's why bloated belly zombie ate her. Just like they eat crazy loner shack guy.

I think the kill they attribute to Lori is wrong in two ways. She didn't kill any walkers in the car accident, she just damaged one. Lori killed one walker with a screwdriver and then a second one with her pistol.

In some respects, the show has actually improved upon the source material. Not in every way, but in a number of ways, it has.

I don't know. I enjoyed the Governor's disbelief that they cleared out the prison. I had to laugh that Rick and Company are apparently the most competent group of people in the apocalypse.

In the comics, they do decay, albeit very slowly. In recent issues, they've made reference about how frail some of the zombies are becoming. Presumably, as survivors die and turn, they create some new zombies.

I don't blame them. After that butthole of a fatfark zombie just HAD to go out of it's way to pollute the farm's water well, it was of my opinion that the undead came back to not just eat the living, but to be as much of a pack of dicks as possible.

And IMO, how in the fark can something shuffle at 2 miles per hour tops, yet seems to have the PSI bite of a great white shark and can tear through a living victim's abdomen with bare unclawed hands?

I really wasn't expecting the katana through the mouth, nor the bit of glass in the eye.

My favorite was in the previous episode, when Glenn kills the zombie with the chair leg, and the end of it comes out with bits of goo and the eye hanging off of it.

I'm more annoyed by people's amazing healing power. Carl takes one in the stomach and almost bleeds to death. Two days later he's up and about. Three days later he's taking target practice. Four days later: Where's Carl? Then there's Hershel. The dude gets a leg amputation and two days later he's dancing around on his crutches. No blood transfusion. No infection. Then there's Andrea who looks close to death with pneumonia. Two days in Woodbury and she's good to go. These people are amazing.
