Second, this emphasizes the need for a basic firearms training course for anyone buying a firearm for the first time. Not necessarily an expensive course at the local gun range, but at least an in depth orientation by an experienced person who knows what the fark they are doing and isn't just pretending they know what they are doing.

Rounds don't mysteriously pop up in a chamber during cleaning. The weapon was loaded and not properly cleared, to include an inspection of the chamber. Don't be like this guy and now dickless. Be smart.
