As long as we are on about Schwarzenegger's future work, it might be a bit of a stunt cast but I'd love to shee Ahnold as Cohen the Barbarian in The Colour of Magic in a few years...

Who gives a bleep about Arnie anymore?

Why would Skynet create a cyborg of a 60+ year old dude? Unless his character is whoever Skynet modeled the originals after, it's not going to make a lot of sense.

Colour of Magic has already been done pretty well, but I do like your idea.

/just watched Hogfather for the first time today. Even better than I expected.

They'll have to use that Lola de-aging software to make it believable...

He was bad enough in The Expendables 2, a movie where you're not exactly looking for quality. I'm not sure what sort of role he could play in a Terminator movie. He's too old to play the only thing he could ever pull off, and he sucks too much as an actor to play anything with more weight. Comedy is all that is left him, but the novelty of him doing that always depended on him playing against type.

They'll probably shoehorn him in somewhere as a scientist whose image Skynet uses to create the T-800's facial features. Whatever. I've waited since 1984 for a Terminator movie that shows the war between man and machine. I thought maybe it had finally come with the latest film, but I have no idea what the hell that was. That franchise is a mess.

They just wanted to show that the most efficient way to kill humans is to catch them and then throw them.

Uh, Chief Master Sergeant William Candy? Did you not watch T3? Showed them using a dubbed southern-accented Arnie being used as the T-800 model with a joke about the awful accent.

I did not remember that - which didn't surprise me as I am glad to have forgotten what I have of that film. Looking it up, though, I see it's from a deleted scene. Not sure what that has to do with having seen the movie or not.

Huh, I did not know it was a deleted scene. You are right though, I try not to think too much about 3 much either.

Never saw that scene before. They should have left it in.

Arnold Schwarzenegger is on board for "Money" and the sequel "More Money".

Shocking

I'm sure more of Arnie's love children will come out of the woodwork. He'll have to keep making movies to pay them off

Didn't we just have a Terminator thread? The number of people bagging on T2 and Aliens in that thread made me sad.

...Actually, 'Terminator: Rise of the Walkers' sounds like a cool title.

Still need to watch Colour, but I love the Hogfather. A bit off topic, but did anyone else think that Rise of the Guardians was kind of just a copy of the Hogfather with minor changes?

I think it would be pretty neat as long as the T101 portrays a 60 year old terminator. A young machine with old aged living tissue on the outside. If they try and make him look young, their CG budget will surpass Avatar.

people who bag on Aliens need to be beaten soundly with thrushes.

as im sure anyone male who was between the ages of 10 and 20 when that movei came out will agree

One neat thing about Terminator: Salvation, I thought, was how they managed to glue Arnold's face onto a younger body-builder's body. I mean, if I were Arnold I'd be investing in a proprietary Arnold Schwarzenegger 3D image to license to movies.

Also, beantowndog? I love you.

Arnold should play John Connor of the future. That would be some mind blown shiat.

You sonofabiatch, you divided by Zero.

Speaking of dividing by Zero type things, I've always though they should have Sean Connery Play a Bond villain in a James Bond movie.
