With a forehead like his I imagine he has a mini-stroke every time he gets within 300 feet of a cell tower.

I got that beat!

/TIA brought on by migraine (or vice versa?) in my late 20s. Literally saw stars (and floating alphabet letters when I tried to speak but couldn't).

There is no such thing as a "mini-stroke" just like there is no such thing as a mini-heart attack.
A TIA is not a stroke. It's scary as hell and can be a pre-cursor to a stroke, but it's not a stroke. It's more like your foot falling asleep. but it's your brain.

Shia LeBeouf is now a has-been? Could it be??

Loved him in Even Stevens when he was still an unknown entity, and I wanted to see him succeed - went well beyond my wildest expectations and suddenly became sick of his over-exposure.

I was in bed, and SNAP, there was 2 of everything. I was watching TV at the time and since the room was dark I really only saw the TV at first. I said to my wife "Oh, look, someone must have hit the wrong button (at the tv station) because there are 2 of everything"

She said "what are you talking about?"

When I turned to her, it was then I noticed there were 2 of EVERYTHING.

Not perfectly side by side, but sort of up and to the right, crystal clear, in focus, but 2.

I chalked it up to being tired, even though it didn't go away after getting up, splashing water on my face, turning on lights, etc. I eventually went to bed.

The next morning I was fine. Went to the doctor and they said "I shouldn't have gone to sleep, there was a possibly I wouldn't have waken up!"

Yikes!

After having a bad cold and cough for two weeks and being on meds, my wife had a stroke at age 34. She didn't have insurance at the time so her mom took her to the VA (shes an Air Force vet). She couldn't talk correctly or use her right side. The doctor there told her she was just having a breakdown. In his professional opinion she was "going bananas". He said that to my wifes mom. So he sent her to have a psych eval. The VA psychologist took one look at her and said holy crap your having a stroke and sent her back to another doctor. She got treated and spent 3 months in the hospital going through rehab.

5 years later I worry about her regularly and panic a little when she doesn't return messages or texts right away.

Sounds like Frankie can take care of himself. And at least he, unlike LeBeouf, doesn't start fistfights he can't win.
