Had they won and faced Notre Dame for the national championship, my dad would've spun in his grave with so much force that his casket would've punched through six feet of Northeast Floridian soil and floated into the approach corridor of Jacksonville International Airport. He hated both teams with a passion.

And I'm not subby, but here's a pic I 'shopped together a few years back:

I'm excited for Denard vs SCAR. I know they're SEC, but can they handle the run option of that speed?

Well, there was no chance that Georgia would win. The universe is hardwired with Richt fail.

Sure, they were Sparky.

Richt and UGA are pieces of shiat. Their QB got hit hard while prancing around after an INT, really hard. Not ONE trainer or any staff from UGA went to check on him, even after he wobbles to sideline and everybody sees the hit on the Jumbotron a hundred times. Better to take a chance that your QB dies of a brain injury than losing your chance to redshirt your freshman QB.

UGA and their hillbilly fans can suck it.

Go Big Red.

Are you touting the team that got a seventy burger served to them in a conference title game?

And gave up +500 yards on the ground alone in the same game?

Nice trollin'

Yeah, but UN grads can spell and Nebraska didn't walk around all year waiting to be annointed kings of the universe.

The way UGA went down in that game (with a catch!) will forever be one of my favorite moments on earth. UGA players couldn't manage a bowel movement.

4.7/10.0 - decent approach, poor dismount.

They aren't Spurrier's, either. Or is this some meta joke where SC fans make fun of something they didn't achieve too

I looks forward to Gurley running all over that sorry team. What a drop. Going from playing Alabama to playing Nebraska *sigh*

Congrats on sharing all that BCS money with us, at least we will be in sun instead of the shiathole dome.

Oh and subs, spurrier is only .500 against them recently, sure its a step for SC but it won't last for long.

As a holder of a graduate degree from UGA, I don't care if they ever win another football game.

My expectations/hopes for Richt (or any future coach) would be to (in this order)
1) guide these young students into becoming good people
2) create an atmosphere that helps them (and expects them) to excel academically
3) become better athletes

I guess this doesn't fall in line with most football fans. People should work on their priorities.

As a Georgia Tech fan's sign said once, "you may beat us today, but one day you'll be working for me."

I say that UGA should be booted clean out of the NCAA after falling five seconds short. But then again I think UGA should not be allowed to play sports except for twice a year when they will be allowed to assemble a football team to get destroyed by Florida and Spurrier.

Spurrier has done wonders in SC. With the D he has, all he needs is a better than average QB (sorry Connor) and they will win the SEC.

I went to the UGA/SC game this year. It was one of the best college game atmospheres I have ever been in.

I mean, you of anyone should know that while Tech does have a higher academic notoriety, UGA is absolutely nothing to snuff at. We're a Tier-I school annually, and I graduated from one of the school's top journalism schools.

And considering the Athletic Associate gives a lot of its profit to the school, and fans are the ones that give them said profit, I think you DO care if they win another game.

I think the fact that you quoting that Tech student's sentiments is not only the incorrect attitude to have sentimentally, but also logically.

You shut your whore mouth!!!!!

Ironically, a friend of mine who graduated from GT has a boss that went to UGA, UGA own/runs more businesses because their business arm turns out a ton of CEOs.

Dont be mad you lost again, you will get used to it, now you just need to pray UF is not the mirage that they have been all year because it will be funny as hell if they lose like bama did to utah a few years ago.

Yes, they are. Their stupidity is only matched by their arrogance and back-handed compliments to anyone they feel is beneath them, ie everyone but Oklahoma.

The GT sign part was thrown in as a joke.

My main point is that the on the field part of college should not be the first priority as many seem to think it is.

Can't we all just get along. Except for Duke. Because apparently they suck. Or so I've heard.
