low restraint eaters - those not on a diet

I'm confused. Are they just lumping everyone not on a diet in as having low restraint? I mean, I'm not on a diet, but I'm pretty restrained in what I indulge in.

No shiat. If you tell me "Don't eat chocolate, it'll make you fat", that is just going to make me go "No shiat, fark you you patronizing assholes, I'm going to go eat some more chocolate now just to spite you."

This report was filed by a rather portly Ric Romero.

Women who are warned that eating chocolate might make them overweight are likely to rebel and eat more chocolate, researchers found.

Chocolatiers will only use this information for good.

I found out I have problems regulating my blood sugar last week. I had to cut out simple sugars, white bread, and white rice. Now I feel like absolute crap. The good news is my blood sugar is holding at recommended levels, the bad news is my body sees normal as low so I'm walking around with false hypoglycemia.

/thank god I work in an office
//trying to keep my head down doing the bare minimum until X-mas break so I can get all this under control

"Lead author Professor Kevin Durkin said the reaction of a warning having a contrary effect was known as "reactance"."

color me shocked.
It's like the warnings on smokes.
Since they have goten so big and spelled so boldly as to imply I'm iliterate -the worst one are in Australia- I feel rather insulted and drived to yell "fark ya" than to think about the risks.

After a week or so it should be okay. Your body will readjust and you'll lose some weight too, so your blood pressure will equalize
