If I owned an SEO company and I won the lotto, I'd claim the ticket as the company just so the news sites would put a bunch of links to my company's website.

Heck, if I knew somebody who won the lotto, I might pay them something to claim the ticket in the company's name to get all the links.

If they won the Lotto then they'd most likely not have need of your money. (assuming it was a big enough jackpot to warrant media coverage creating enough clicks to justify your expense)
