whidbey: sprawl15: whidbey: It's still annoying.

Most of us would be living it up at age 65 if we had anywhere near as much wealth.

But no, Mittens has to be "working" because it's the American Way or some bullshiat.

yes it is always annoying when rich people have jobs

*shrugs*

They really don't need them. And it's nothing short of Calvinistic to have that kind of need when you could be enjoying any luxury or lifestyle at a moment's notice.

Money is not the endgame for a sociopathic clan like the Romneys.

From Wikipedia:
Directors of Fortune 500 companies received median pay of $234,000 in 2011. Directorship is a part-time job. A recent National Association of Corporate Directors study found directors averaging just 4.3 hours a week on board work.

After only 7 years? Good on him, I'm sure his family's been struggling since his unemployment ran out.

Huck And Molly Ziegler: J.W. Marriott Jr. credited Mitt Romney with changing Americans' perceptions about Mormonism

If anything, I perceive them as creepier. And weird.

Yeaaahhh....
He had a bizarre inability to behave like a normal person in social situations that I don't think I've ever seen before. From his professed love of Michigan's trees that are "the right height", to insulting a local bakery's cookies with his incredibly awkward attempt at sarcasm, I don't think I've ever seen anyone fail so utterly at human interaction in quite the way he does. It's like watching an alien in a human suit who hasn't quite gotten the hang of it yet.

doctor wu: Such was his committment to the task of making America a better place that shortly after he loses the election he crawls right back into the corporate slime.

the fact that he did it via 'board' instead of actually creating something is the difference between what Romney is and what an actual entrepreneur does.

Sorta like the difference between rape and rapture.
