I'm constantly having to talk myself out of my annoyance at all the paper mâché heads. It's absolutely retarded how easily skulls bust open on that show.

But the show is good enough I can keep telling myself they're already mostly decayed and ignore the rest of it.

Jesus tap-dancing christ that was farking incredibly bad-ass. Glenn has been holding back. I have been keeping up with the comics, which make the show seem like kiddie time. Honestly, last night I was expecting the govenor to lose an arm.

Putting an eye patch on is easier than a fake missing arm. :)

As someone said on Talking Dead last night: If you combine the Governor, Hershel and Merle you have an actual pirate!

My theory on the end of the governor. The culminating final battle at the prison leaves Woodbury underprotected and the walls fall. In his urgency to take the prison the Gov dresses up as Humongus and Andrea in a slave girl outfit (chain and all). The Gov rams the military transport into the prison fences and they are damaged beyond any repair and in her anger at losing the prison Andrea chokes the Gov with her chain. All the while Daryl saves Rick from falling off the prison roof and into a teaming courtyard full of Zs.

kumanoki: Not to be completely creepy, but I want Andrea to get her facial scar. Laurie Holden has been too pretty this season and we've seen decapitations, loss of limbs, eyes, death. She's starting to stick out and needs something to show she's earned her place in the apocalypse.

Sometimes her wispy golden tendrils look slightly frizzy and in need of deep conditioning. And she only has, what, 3 or 4 perfectly fitted shoulder-baring shirts. What more do you people want? The little hair knot in the back of her head to be off-center? She's not an animal!

R.A.Danny: The Banana Thug: I don't know if it's just the budget. I think Frank Darabount leaving the show had a lot to do with the increase in quality. He was partly responsible for the very slooow build-up in the first half of season 2, with the Zombie Sophia reveal the big payoff. His involvement ended there, and then the other writers took up the slack in his absence and really took things up a couple notches since then. Anyway, for all the naysayings about Darabount leaving would hurt TWD, I'm glad the exact opposite thing happened.

It was a great story... that should have been wrapped up in two episodes.

With Rick putting a bullet into Shanes head right after he puts down Sophia.

I don't know, they foreshadowed that one a lot IMO. The zombies chanting "EXTERMINATE" definitely shook me though, and the fact that we found out this is a flashBACK.
