More_Like_A_Stain: I gather that they are some sort of radio "personalities", but I've never heard/heard of them. I just like the facial expressions. They seem to say so much without saying a word.

They have an endless series of lame crap shows on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim.

She SHOULD...but she DON'T.

"This is really a very sad state of affairs," Taitz wrote on her website. "I feel that the nightmare of the Soviet Union is back in full force."

Well, welcome to having clearly never studied history, Ms. Taitz.

/There's a reason they say you never cross the same stream twice. Another Soviet Union or Nazi Germany will not happen, period. It will be something completely different.

She used the word "treason" on somebody other than herself.

Why?

Hack Patooey: There has to be a way for me to make a buck off of these wingnuts...

1. Make-Obama hats/sticker/shirts/banners

2. Attend rally and set up a table selling them.

3. Recoup your costs and donate half of the profits to the DNC Election Fund.

4. Use Other half of the profits as capital for step 1

It would sure be funny as hell if someone in the college actually provided the data requested.
Too bad the "Freedom of Information Act" doesn't force colleges to fork it over.

I think she's probably just living off this shiat.

Think about it, she files all the motions herself, is ordered to settle court costs occasionally (5-10k a pop) but she gets to bilk retards out of cash to fund her crusade through direct appeals and fundraisers done by local tea party chapters, as well as I'm almost certian that she does phone interviews and appearances for cash. If she's written a book yet, then there's also that as well....

It seems like it's a good racket, but I don't understand how it's that much more profitable than being a Dentist AND a Lawyer. Oh well, I guess that's why I'm not succesfull like her and Donald Trump.

I only have a GED in law and I think I could do better in court than this clown. For example, I knew before reading the judge's comment that simply printing stuff from the internet does not constitute evidence.

I seriously wonder how she got a law degree and passed the bar.

I'm kinda surprised she's back in country. I could have sworn a previous article said she was fleeing to Israel permanently to get away from Obama and his court ordered fines and socialisms.

2012-12-03 05:12:30 PM

The Onion is prophetic: Ambivalence: She keeps getting hit with fines for wasting the court's time. I don't know how she pays them or how she hasn't been disbarred yet. (I hadn't heard, maybe she was disbarred)

I thought she had, but apparently she's still licensed in California. And even if she was disbarred, she could bring her own suits in propria persona... she just can't represent anyone else.

She hasn't done anything she can be disbarred for. Stupidity isn't grounds for disbarment. An attorney has to wilfully obstruct justice, misappropriate client funds, or be declared unfit to practice law, usually due to gross and repeated misrepresentation in court. As far as I know, none of her clients have filed complaints with the state bar of California (or at least not enough) to cause her to be suspended from practice. She's been sanctioned a few times, but since she's bringing these weird birther cases on her own, she doesn't really have any "clients" as such, so nobody is going to be complaining.

It's tough to get an attorney permanently disbarred unless they steal money or actually obstruct justice. And so far, Taitz hasn't done that.

dickfreckle: Apos: I'd actually never heard of this demented birther until today, but it pleases me to do this:

[i796.photobucket.com image 152x184]

I envy that you've only just now become familiar with Medusa. A couple of years ago she was one of the chief faces in the birther movement, coinciding with the height of the Tea Party. Then, mercy be upon us, she sort of disappeared. Still, I don't mind her resurfacing in the news now and again if it's for smackdowns like this.

What baffles me is how this woman managed to earn her professional degrees. I mean, those require at least a modicum of critical thinking. I know that one can merely be studious - as opposed to genuinely intelligent - and receive law and medical degrees, but this lady is about as sharp I say about as sharp as a sack of dead puppies.

I think her chief flaw is severe vanity. Seriously, look at any photo ever taken of her. She has this would-be porn star facial pose and to hear her talk is to hear someone convinced she has never been wrong about anything, ever, and never will be. That's why she keeps trucking forward despite every judge she encounters laughing at her. It doesn't sink in because in her narcissistic mind it's the world that doesn't understand, not that she might just be wrong. She's not wrong in this instance, you see; the judge must be an Obama supporter.

Very common right-winger trait.

She got her degree the same way any other lawyer. She took an online degree.

She had a complaint filed against her even after her client dismissed her; she kept moving forward on a few birther military lawsuits even after her client dropped them.

Biatch needs to shut up and go away .

Seriously birthers if there had been even an iota of credible evidence Obama was not a natural born citizen it would have been found along time ago, and if my some miracle it had not been found before this years election you know the repubs would have jumped all over it if there was anything.

so in conclusion Birhters cry me a river build a bridge and get the fark over it.

Obama is legit.

no but I once had a hunch about an agoraphobic priest in North Dakota

If there was any evidence he wasn't a citizen, Hillary and Bill would have found it and got him kicked out before he was nominated. If anyone could dig up dirt, it's those two. And you are right. Funny how the entire might of the GOP is insufficient to somehow get someone to slip a copy of the school records through a back door. I'm no fan of Obama, but you'd have to be suffering from some serious brain damage to not realize how impossible it is for him to be a Kenyan citizen.

Yeah, but one or two isn't enough. Every attorney has a few of those. It has to be a repeated course of conduct. Like I said, really, she has to have stolen money from the escrow accounts, or been involved in a conspiracy to obstruct justice. A few bad cases just doesn't count.

I guess Orly should not have used the Fake Obama Birth Cert that Obama's people put out on the net back in 2011....the one that was confirmed a "forgery" by Joe Arpaio and his group.

Wonder how much the judge was paid for his ruling....

Okay, I admit that I've slept through this bucket o' crazy with degrees' rise to "fame"...

Let me see if I understand, she (of Moldavian birth and lived in Israel but then became American via Marriage) is questioning the birth of a natural-born citizen? Good lord, is Trump financing his dancing buffoons? Should we all chip in and send her a tin foil hat or thousand to see if she gets the message?

The person who shared the SS of the State Farm commercial where "they can't print it on the internet unless it's true" pretty much hit it on the head here. This is laughable... in reading her bio she's been fined at least 20,000 USD previously and hasn't learned her lesson. She speaks five languages, perhaps there isn't one to describe her level of irrational thought and behavior - even more troubling is the fact that she's a parent - what kind of message are you sending to your sons carrying on so?

I wish her well on the crusade against the windmills... I guess she has the right to do this and the judges are within theirs to continue to penalize her for wasting taxpayer time / money / resources.
