She looks old because of the toll taken on her body by being obese for so long. It takes years for that to resolve itself once you've hit physical maturity while it happens concurrently when you're still maturing in your late teens to earliest twenties.

For impatient women, the best way to kickstart the repair process is pregnancy. And she won't have any problems in that department now.

112 in 12 months is 2.15 pounds (a 7,538 calorie deficit) per week, so she would have to have a ~1,077 calorie deficit per day.

Which is doable if you exercise and don't eat much (doable, not necessarily healthy). The overall math works out, but just throws out a yellow flag.
