With Roddy McDowell for a voice, he couldn't fail. And he didn't suffer on multiple appearances like some of the villains, Perchance to Dream might be one of the best Batman:TAS episodes, with a closing villain line up there with Baby Doll or Mr. Freeze: "You ruined my life! I was willing to give you whatever life you wanted, just to keep you out of mine! "

Also, Doctor Venom (not Dr. Mindbender) would be interested in this project.
