Read Anthony Bourdain's book about vanity restaurants. These people just see restaurants as somewhere they can use to impress their friends rather than as a business.

bingo on that. and real Chefs like Mr.R know to use other peoples wallets in risky ventures. one can serve up fun experimental fare without worry when the whole affair is a tax write-off for a doosh millionaire.

2. unless you rediscover the passion you had for this place when you bought it in the next 55 minutes of the show stop wasting my time. you are a candy arsed snowflake and if you fail its your lazy arsed fault.
