The usual strategy, if you want to smear someone, is to throw all of your mud at him or her, in the hopes that some of it sticks.

The GOP variation on this strategy is apparently to keep throwing the same single clump of mud, expecting that one piece to stick sooner or later.

Corvus: Cletus C.: The video wouldn't load. Is it Bush?

No it was McCain and Lindsey Graham seeming to have two very different standards depending if someone has an R or D next to their name.

Waaaaay back I remember reading an article about how Lindsey Graham was this up and comer who was all bipartisan and willing to reach across the aisle, and how he was going places because of his ability to look behind party lines and do what was best for the country.

Apparently he never read that article.

It is a scandal and a travesty that Anne Rice even has access to this kind of information.

No, headline was referring to the 1995 NFL Receiving Yards leader Jerry Rice.

That's not true at all! They're not all crazed. Wait. Okay, they're not all lunatics. What? Oh, okay. Well, they're not all big...sigh.

UNAUTHORIZED FINGER: Empty Matchbook: Hey! Rice is nice, but it's just a grain!

If you ever wanted to get tossed from a baseball game that was being umpired by John Rice, all you had to say was "What comes out of a Chinaman's ass?".

We don't say Chinaman, dude.

Vodka Zombie: LarryDan43: Fox News at the moment stating Rice's mistakes go
far beyond Benghazi.

She was the one behind the tragedy at Macho Grande, wasn't she?

/We'll never get over it.

She took the last cup of coffee and didn't make a new pot.

They're squirting in their briefs because they feel like Obama unfairly targeted a crazed lunatic bigot wingnut as a scapegoat.

This hits close to home with the GOP Base, given that they're all crazed lunatic bigot wingnuts.

Corvus: Isn't it amazing how it magically turned from being Obama's fault to Rice's fault after the election??

Hmmm.

Obama did say, after the election, "don't blame Rice, blame me."

Republicans have to do the opposite of what Obama says (I think it is part of Norquest's pledge).

Isn't interesting how the have no real problem with Hillary Clinton who is actually more responsible for with the security of Benghazi.

Hmmmm, what could it be, why is it they just think those people you listed are incompetent and stupid and a leave a BLACK mark on the Obama Admin while people like Hillary Clinton are left untarnished like a WHITE sheet.

I can't put my finger on it.

New Republican talking point:

Why did the time-traveling Obama administration force John McCain, Lindsay Graham, and Condoleeza Rice to deliver false information?

TimonC346: This whole "GET OBAMA OVER BENGHAZI" thing is only marginalizing Republicans as the morons they've become. It's sad only the most devout Republicans (and those in charge) don't seem to see this scandal is hurting them more than it will ever hurt President Obama.

No, it's not sad, it's hilarious.
