Amazon executives insist that it all works out in the end. In the words of CEO Jeff Bezos, "It's not like we didn't do some arithmetic ahead of time."

And with that statement, Jeff Bezos was disqualified from ever running for President as a republican.

NeverUseAbsolutes: redmid17: A guy I worked with ordered a water compressor that weighed 60-70 lbs and had it shipped 2 day via Amazon Prime. I thought that took the cake. I was clearly wrong.

I did not think you could compress water. Maybe you mean a pressure washer?

It's for dehydrated water

FedEx Freight routinly brings me pallets of stuff weighing over 150 lbs.

Around 2000 I bought a computer on ebay from somebody who assumed a big Unix workstation must be going to a business. I got a delivery service truck and driver with a 100+ pound pallet who expected a loading dock rather than a residence.

whiteylexus: Who the fark needs to own 48 guns? I suppose they're all for hunting, right?

People who like guns.

Match grade semi-auto pistols in .22 and .45
Match grade revolvers in . 357 and .44
Regular use pistols in .22, .38, .357, .44 & .45
Black powder pistols in .32, .44, .54 & .58 in varying styles ranging from pepper boxes to single shot flintlocks

Match grade rifles in .22, .30-06, .300, 7mm
Hunting rifles in 7mm, .223, .30-06, .300
Black powder rifles in .44, .50, .54 .58

Shotguns in .410, 22 ga, 20ga, 18ga, 12ga, 10ga

Each of those rifles could easily double if you have them in both wood stocks and composite. Then you might get into antiques like the old .32-40. I'll inherit one of those. It's never failed to bring home a critter from a hunting trip. We call it Old Meat in the Pot.

Combined, the collections from grandpa, dad and myself the number of weapons will easily be over 100. One day I'll inherit all of them. Who needs 48 weapons? Only those who want them.

Millennium: IamPatSajak: Well, I never though I would say this but that's a pretty cool gun safe.

It stores guns and doesn't afraid of anything?

In all seriousness, daaaamn. I don't even have any guns and I want that gun safe. I'm sure I can think of lots of things I could put in it.

You can put your weed in there.

You'll need to drill some air holes if you want to put the gimp in there.

Never forget, when you buy a huge safe, you're telling all your neighbors you have stuff worth keeping in a huge safe.

Then when they all get together to break in and steal your stuff, they open it up and there's nothing but a dead raccoon and a hidden video camera.

And a trollface picture. Can't forget the trollface picture.

See, I went all that way to find a roadkill raccoon, and I forgot the most important part.

It does make it easier to ensure that your wife or daughter isn't sleeping around again. Just lock them in there.

I once had an 8,000 watt gas generator delivered by Amazon free of charge. At 5:30am I got a call from the delivery guy's wife - he was coming in with an 18 wheeler and didn't know if he could navigate the snow and ice covered one-lane mountain road I live on - LOL. So I meet him the guy somewhere he can get to, and the first thing he says is "How are you going to get these pallets of snow chains weighing thousands of pounds onto your truck?" Obviously those weren't mine, but apparently they were also bought from Amazon - free shipping.
