Tough game today for the Gunners at Goodison Park.

2012-11-28 02:30:29 PM
Draw is inevitable

2012-11-28 02:35:44 PM
My prediction: Everton 2 - 1 Arsenal...Pienaar, Fellaini, Walcott.

I called 1-0 Everton. Would love to lose 10 points by being incorrect about it

Fox Soccer just showed the starters and it looked like a 4-2-3-1. Gibbs not starting, not sure if he's being rested. I love watching him bomb up that left side.

2012-11-28 02:47:32 PM
Twitter says that Podolski isn't starting, bad news for the Gunners.
And then I get a tweet that says Walcott scored for us.

2012-11-28 02:48:49 PM
Evening all. I'm hoping my closest rivals have forgotten to enter their predictions.

Insurance on Arsenal. Every week... Then again, I had -40 points yesterday, which I believe is the worst possible score from a two-game schedule.

2012-11-28 02:50:10 PM
Lets Go Reds!

2012-11-28 02:50:49 PM
...See, the problem with Arsenal is... they always try to walk it in...

Ouch. I was at -20 myself. My banker this week is on Man Utd. Insurance, as always, is on Arsenal.

Why would you have banked on either Sunderland/QPR or Villa/Reading?

2012-11-28 02:56:23 PM
Spurs up on Liverpool, Swansea up on West Brom and Arsenal up on Everton. I netted +10 points yesterday, stupid Villa had to go and ruin it.

2012-11-28 02:56:38 PM
I put my insurance AND my banker on this Spurs-Liverpool match. Had no idea what to do with these matches at all.

What a ludicrous display

Just a heads up, almost all the games are on espn3 and you can watch up to 4 at a time with the multi screen thing. I have United and Spurs matches going side by side.

2012-11-28 02:59:52 PM
Excellent chance there and Jordan Henderson farks it up!

Bale makes it 2! Also RvP scores!

K, just checking.

2/3 so far.

Damn, they're on fire.

2012-11-28 03:33:55 PM
West Brom scored as did Norwich

2012-11-28 03:47:02 PM
Not doing too bad so far. Need West Brom to pull something out of the hat that isn't a turd and for Everton to show that early seson form. Then it will be a very good week.

C'mon, papa needs to stay on the first page.

/Plus 1 more point away from home
//A win would be better but stopping S'hamton from those points is just as good

2012-11-28 04:02:57 PM
Papiss!

Watching live updates of the nufc game on two different phones right now.

/nufc have not lost a game that I've watched on live updates at work.
//we need more mid week games apparently

2012-11-28 04:26:46 PM
Figures I pick Newcastle to lose, West Brom and Norwich to win based on form and all are either losing, drawing or winning opposite of what I picked. As it stands I am at -30 with Man City being my negative insurance.

2012-11-28 04:30:51 PM
City score to go ahead and Stoke score to go level. Both goals help me, but only one chances the points allotted.

2012-11-28 04:31:47 PM
Now stoke and City score again, I get less points from the city goal, but more from the stoke goal. Crazy!

2012-11-28 04:32:38 PM
And of course nufc blows it. Typical for this season. I believe that's now 5 straight losses for us. All games I would've had us winning or tying before the season.

2012-11-28 04:34:45 PM
Is Al Habsi the worst keeper in the league? 2 howlers in 2 games

Glad I wasn't 100% right. Ugh, how utterly bleh this Gunners team is...

2012-11-28 04:45:07 PM
Huh. The Gunners drew against Everton. I am Jack's lack of surprise.

HaywoodJablonski: Draw is inevitable

I called it!

2012-11-28 04:56:39 PM
Rafael was phenomenal. Evans was slightly less phenomenal. Anderson had one of those games where he makes us think he could be a good player - a long-term knee injury is imminent. Everyone else meh. West Ham never seemed aware that they needed to score.

2012-11-28 04:57:44 PM
+110. Not too shabby

2012-11-28 05:00:14 PM
Pretty sure I ended up with +35 which isn't too shabby I don't think.

2012-11-28 05:01:11 PM
Oh that was for today, think I got +45 for the week, but will have to wait for the finalized tally to figure it out.

689908: 1 - Jonny Evans has conceded his first foul of the Premier League season, after 11 hours 31 minutes of play. Hatchet.

14 - Man City are the first team in PL history to avoid defeat in their opening 14 games for two seasons in succession. Consistency.

Johnny Evans is still the asshole who broke Stuart Downing and set back his advancement as one of the best US midfielders by years and he may never recover. I will never forgive him for that.

2012-11-28 05:31:24 PM
Wow that was a total brain fart. Obviously I didin't mean downing, I meant Stuart Holden. As if I would ever care about Stuart Downing.

2012-11-28 05:52:30 PM
I counted +65 (which I was really pleased with because it's a horrendous set of fixtures), but it's actually +80 and I've dropped a place. Some really good scores today. Benteke cost me 30 points and 2 places, so I'll blame him.

Fair enough. I remember that tackle, it was a bad one. Is it still genuinely the same injury now or is it a myth like Keane and Haaland?

That you did.

Good work. I was at +60, which isn't enough to win, but any positive points I'll take. Cognitive_Dysplasia crushed it this week. +180. Leapfrogged midpoint completely.

2012-11-28 06:31:54 PM
+5 here. Perfect on Wigan-Man City. Still dropped a spot after my +5 last week moved me up one.

Same injury, he is just now able to start playing again. He tracked his PT progression on youtube in a series called "No Holden Back" which you can look up. I don't think anyone thought it would take this long to get back, it was just that bad of a knee/leg injury.

To be honest though I haven't paid much attention to bolton this year since they are in the Championship so he may be back fully. It wasn't like he came back and was minorly injured for awhile or just didn't have form and blamed it on the injury.

Good FFPL week for me...woo. Missed pretty much every game this week as I was at the old house painting. Boo.

/go spurs

Was a good day for the Fulham boys. Got a point at the bridge, which I'll always take, and KCostell and I had a pretty decent scoring week at 185 & 180, respectively. I will also come clean and say that I had the Fulham match down as a 2-1 Chelski victory. Best 10 pts I've lost.

I'm sure it's too big for fark.

It's the way he drops. That's what does it for me.

Ultimate facepalm.
