According to the article the song plays over a radio transmitter so people can listen to the song, as if they didn't have it on constant loop in their head. One wonders if this person has paid ASCAP?

I'd expect this sort of thing in Hamden, but not Bel Air.

I first heard of this girl over Thanksgiving while being forced to watch X-Factor with the in-laws.

Unless she sang that song on the show, which I wasn't even listening to, since I was watching a movie on my kid's ipad, I have never heard it.

Should I seek it out and a have a rip-snortin' good time with it like "Party Rock Anthem", or ignore it like it's another Justin Bieber-esque pile of tripe?

Reminds me of every time I hear Adele's "Rumor Has It", and how I can't help but think of Rumer Willis and wonder what she has.

I know no one really makes it to Fark for non-idiotic things, but I'm still sad that this is what finally brought my hometown to the site's archives.
