justtray: I'm sure the ex is a total douche. He's getting 20k a month child support from HER. Kevin Federline anyone?

This guy was rightfully pissed, he's also blocking them from being able to move to France, costing them tons of money so that he can continue to ride the gravy train.

Looks like he got what was coming to him too. KTFO. I hope new hubby got the satisfaction he wanted, because that $3m cost is about go grow. Only saving grace may be that his rewards may be limited to what the new guy is worth, not her.

Or maybe... just maybeeee the ex actually actually loves his own kid, and doesn't want the psycho mom to take his daughter 6000 miles away from him.

He said the beef started a day earlier when Berry and Martinez showed up unannounced at Nahla's school during his custodial time, and Martinez allegedly threatened him.

Now this little tidbit is true, (although who knows about the threatening), because the paps caught that one and it was in the Daily Mail. One of the commenters said something like, "What is her boyfriend doing at a school function with the ex? He needs to back off and let the guy have his time with his daughter." Hmmmmm.....

And it was pretty strange that Martinez would come out to do a custodial exchange, which Aubrey said was usually done by hired help, no matter what happened after that. If I know one thing about tense custodial situations, (and I do) it's that you always have an intermediary if you can. And yet Martinez deliberately came out that day--him, not even Halle--and tried to start something. Bad idea even at the best of times, especially bad if you've just had a big court battle.

This reeks of set-up. And Halle Berry, like all good psychos, has somebody else doing her dirty work while she sits on the sidelines and looks innocent.

/the whole thing sounds way too much like something I've lived through

Halle Berry is an insufferable coont. There is something seriously wrong with this woman. If she's not being cheated on or physically abused by every single partner she's had, she's committing hit & runs and continually playing the race/victim card. Her good looks no longer cancel out what a shiatty person she is. Her acting never hits above average and often stays around the pathetically comical. I don't care about her ex and his farked up face but I would find it pretty satisfying if he won full custody of his daughter at some point. biatch is nearing 50 and getting crazier by the minute - let the kid be with her dad.

Ding ding ding.. .we have a winner!

Let's review facts.

1. The ex got beat up while HB's current boy toy only has bruised fists and no injuries. This sounds like dude sucker punched the ex and just kept going.

2. The ex begged the police to get the surveilance films to prove his innocence... when they reviewed the tapes they found that "someone" had repositioned the cameras to create a blind spot... where the fight could not be observed. Geee I wonder who might have done that? HB and her boy toy maybe since it was on their property?

3. HB wanted to take her and the ex's child to live in france without his consent... and lost that battle in court... as well as losing 3 million or so in court costs.

Seems like motive, means and opportunity were all here... I'm betting the ex is going to take Martinez to the woodshed legally and HB while he's at it. They just made some serious tactical blunders.

Yeah, how dare some guy not want his ex to move his child to the opposite side of the planet from him? I mean, he couldn't possibly actually be interested in having a relationship with his daughter, right?

Someone was pointing out in the original thread that it seemed like something was going on with this story.

If I remember correctly, someone even guessed that this was a setup by Halle to get custody so she could move to France with the kid. From the looks of it, the ex sure didn't fight like was originally stated.

The biatch is crazy and has been for years. I hope the ex sues her and the boyfriend and gets 20 million.

CSB:
Way back when she was married to Eric Benet she would come to the Mayfair Mall Marshall Field's for shoes. She got such a reputation for being a pain in the ass no-one would wait on her after a while. One girl told me it was was kind of funny to see Halle get more and more pissed as the clerks refused to drop their existing customers and flock over to her. She couldn't believe we in Milwaukee generally don't tolerate celebrities who try to big-time us.

Larry he Cable Guy and Robin Williams have much better reputations here--never a story about snotty big-timing from them.

Aubry's face - no offense - looks like Rihanna's. This wasn't "self-defense". This was some guy taking out anger and frustration on another guy. Repeatedly. Aubry probably turtled and Martinez just kept whaling him.

Yep, and the judge is going to see that and ask questions.. questions that Martinez won't be able to answer. HB and Martinez had best be ready for an epic storm of legal spankings.

They won't be leaving the US anytime soon... thats a fact.

I'd say you're right on target and would explain the cracked ribs (turtleing and having his ribs get cracked) yeah this is a LOT more damage than defense would indicate.

I am guessing you don't have kids.
wrong reply disregard

No prob man. I kinda figured it was a mistake.

All I gotta say is that HB sure as heck is going to have problems in the weeks and months ahead. This thing stinks to high heaven of setup by her and Martinez. Heck she could end up with her losing custody of her daughter because she and him cooked up some stupid ass half baked scheme to intimidate her ex.

You do NOT do shiat like this using your kid as a bargaining chip.

justtray: Wrong.
Now that the dumbasses who don't live in reality are done with, lets also bring up the fact that Halle already had a restraining order against HIM.
I can't believe there are this many idiots who think this guy is somehow the outlier non deadbeat dad because of reasons other than money. - Let me ask you this, "why is he smiling in the pictures where he got his ass beat?" Great, now stfu morons.

Psychos are kind of known for getting restraining orders on their exes, especially if it helps keep them away from the kids. And I notice that she got this latest one in about an hour after the fight happened--the one that keeps him from seeing his daughter.

He's not smiling. His face is busted. Moron.

B.L.Z. Bub: The latest Halle Berry circus will have three rings. Two of them are around her ex's eyes
Wait, so where's the third ring? I'm lost!

Bell-fan: Just a comment on the ex.

Yes the guy clearly lost the fight... however it looks like it was because Martinez sucker punched him and then kept going without letting him recover enough to fight back.

Fights are all about tempo and who has the initiative.

If you attack and get the first hard hits in and get things slanted your way, it usually is over. Once you have the initiative you maintain it... you keep on attacking and the fight goes in your favor.

The fact that the ex practically begged the cops to watch the security tapes pretty much says it all. The fact that the cameras on HB's property were "repositioned" to provide the fight an unobserved venue... says that she and Martinez cooked this whole thing up to pressure him.

I wouldn't be surprised if Martinez ends up with jail time and is barred from being in the house when HB's and her ex's kid is in the house (out of fear of danger to the child)

Not only that, think of the psychology of the fight.

If it plays out like Martinez said - that Aubry shoved him and he defended himself - It's one or two punches to get some space, run away, and call the cops to handle it.

The reason why he blocked them going to France is BECAUSE THERE IS A CHILD INVOLVED YOU FARKWIT.

This, this, this. Exactly what I was thinking. Halle lost the custody battle, she's pissed, and she set Aubry up.

The only thing I can reason WHY there was no intermediary was because it was Thanksgiving, but I'd guess Halle would have help cooking, so why not?

A lot of people figured that. She was using the kid as an excuse to move over there (again, like all the good psychos do), because there weren't so many paparazzi over there, and Nahlia would be more protected from them. I think she was pretty sure she would win the court case, too. Her boyfriend was just hanging around waiting for her to win so he could whisk her and the kid to France for good.

As someone else said, "If she's so rich, why can't she give him custody and she can make the plane trips for visitation, instead of the other way around? Or does that just work when it's her rules?"

Good jerb protecting your kid from the paps, Halle! I'm sure they'll leave all of you alone now.

I realize he's no Georges St-Pierre, but surely a physically fit model could hold his own a little better than that. Looks like he didn't even put up a fight.

Fight? It looks like he stood against a wall and let the other dude literally tee off on him at will. Like someone above said, that boy got KNOCKED THE FARK OUT.

How exactly would that have helped? For all we know the guy got jumped or hit off guard. When somebody snaps and decides they're gonna beat on you it isn't always possible to expect it. Honestly in this case it almost serves him better because it clearly shows how one sided this was.

Also his kid has to be around this SOB so why piss him off? I think the real confusing thing here is WTF was the new hubby doing around the ex who was dropping off his kid? No logical reason for him to be in the area if there is a contention like this. No way that can hold water in court.
