My favourite is the guy using a dumbbell chest press who tries to push 90 pounds (per hand) and hasn't lifted a weight in his entire life. I love it when they drop them and tear something in their shoulder in the process.

All this guy did was stand halfway up then sit down.

I don't do much that is impressive when I hit the gym, but I never figured out why anyone with a brain would sacrifice form for weight.

I saw a guy earlier this week at my gym who loaded up the legpress with as much weight as he could (filled the machine with 45lbers), gets on the machine and doesn't even release the bar, just pushes about 2-4 inches and back down, rests for 4 minutes while telling everyone how heavy he's pressing, and does it again.

Some of these are priceless!
