FTA: "When Mr. Ricks ignored the anchor's question, it became clear that his goal was to bring attention to himself and his book," Fox News executive Michael Clemente said.

No "expert" commentator has ever been brought onto a nationally-syndicated news network show to raise awareness of a book he may have written reagarding the same or similar subjects.
