Awesome...can I buy it as a limited edition set of blood-pressed 7" vinyl albums stored in a gummy tumor shaped like Michelle's right boob?

I don't remember the Butthole Surfers doing it first so why are the Flaming Lips doing it at all?

My wife was watching one of those HGTV shows where they go to strange houses and one of them was Wayne Coyne's.

It was a pretty cool house

Wayne Coyne: always self-indulgent, often damn entertaining, and sometimes just a hand grenade in a crowded airport.

You should see his house on google maps.

Better yet, check out the sidewalk in front of it.

My brother's at the store
A genius when he's bored
he contemplates his consciousness

he feels his hands they sweat
he can't connect it yet
he pools all his resources

and he calls out the insects he commands
and the waterbugs attack the policeman

My brother's at the morgue
he gets up off the floor
he contemplates his escape

but a guard waits at the door
he feels his powers soar
he pools all his resources

and he calls out the insects he commands
and the waterbugs attack the policeman

He tries to make it home
he stops to use the phone
he can't remember where the house is

but a cop waits at his car
and he needs his meds once more
he pools all his resources

and he calls out the insects he commands
and the waterbugs attack the policeman

Yeah the waterbugs
Attack the policeman.

One of the NPRs locally to which I subscribe played it both Saturday and Sunday. I caught part of it but it didn't hold my interest past the quirky novelty factor.

/it's an insufferably hip NPR
