In case anyone is interested, WWE Shop is doing a Cyber Monday sale. Pretty good discounts on most items too.

Also, I hope everyone in the FWC had a fun and relaxing Thanksgiving!

When does Chris Hero get the call up. WWE's main and developmental roster is teeming with wrestling. talent but I am not sure how many are "WWE sports entertainers". Should be an interesting few years but I think we all know how this will shake out.

Soon, I hope. And Hell, Danielson wasn't gonna fit in Vince's circus until he became over like Rover using a single three letter word. And then another two letter word, lol, but.

Wow, early green this week.

Well, I know I'll be watching tonight, along with Mrs. GMJ. We normally flip back and forth between this and MNF, but this week's game is pointless on all counts.

Yeah, I think a lot of the younger guys are hip to the current WWE model and are willing to do what it takes to get themselves over. It will only work for 5% of them though. Some guys gimmicks just work on a smaller stage.

I have to give WWE credit where credit is do. I thought we were in for a stupid swerve. AJ and Cena making out sold me on that, it was hilarious. Also, rumor is they are doing a coed tag match. While I can understand from the wrestling side, that sucks, can you imagine Dolph selling for AJ? It'll be believable. And Cena doesn't sell for either gender so it will be a push. From a storyline side, it protects Dolph because they were not going to let him go over Cena clean anyhow.

Also, read Dolph's book

Honestly WWE title belts are great for stupid occasions. We used to have one belt for poker tournaments, one belt for beer pong, and one belt for pool in graduate school. You have a champions list on the back and various subtourney's to set up a title match. Oddly, having an actual cheap WWE belt on the table adds to the air of mystique.

Stupid, pointless facts aka trivia time.

In terms of total combined days, CM Punk sits at no. 11. He's exactly 20 days behind Randy Orton - who has 6 reigns to his credit, and sits at the bottom of the top 10. Punk has passed Randy Savage's first reign of 371 days, but needs 120 more to pass Savage's total count of 520 and become the 9th longest reigning WWE Champion ever.

TLC is on Dec. 16th, 20 days away. So Punk will eclipse Orton on that night, should he retain. 38 days later is the Royal Rumble, so that should take him out to 458 days, give or take if my math is off.

I got my individual and total combined days confused, so take that 458 number with a grain of salt. This is why I'm not a STEM guy.

Hey everybody,

I may or may not be in for Raw tonight; it's been a helluva week. I'm currently waiting to hear on a job opportunity that will hopefully take me out of the unemployed ranks and back into the land of the living.

On the other hand, I had to put my cat to sleep last Wednesday. She had throat cancer and I thought she would be able to make it to the new year, but she took a turn for the worse this past week and there was nothing the vet could do. I just picked up her ashes this afternoon and I am planning on burying them in a couple of days.

How'd you like to see the fWc in a wrestling game? I know I would. I already threw in my $50.

I went to the Adult Entertainment Expo in Las Vegas this past January and there was this dude walking around with the Big Gold Belt. He was having the porn stars... excuse me "adult entertainers"... sign them. He wore a Patriots jersey, which I suppose only confirms his douchiness.

The not-so CSB part of my story - Chyna was there as well to promote her new flick. I think it was the wrestling-themed porn spoof. The horror, the horror...

I watched both the nWo Revolution and Attitude Era main DVDs over the break. And the AE one was very "blah". And as for the NWO Revolution, there was very little new material, and mostly rehashing and reusing of interview from the Monday Night Wars and the nWo DVD from a few years back.

The RF interview with Hall and Nash from a few years ago where they tell the story of The Bash '96, and what went on behind the scenes was brilliant. But Vince will never use something like that.

clintster, sorry about your feline friend.

Nah, the dude was wearing a Wes Welker jersey. But Gronk's porn lady friend, Bibi Jones, was there. She's smokin' hot. Too bad she had a meltdown and quit porn a few months later.

I thought the same about the main disc of the nWo set, but the second disc with the roundtable discussion (I had never seen that before) was fascinating to me. I didn't know a lot of those details, like how "Sting money" was considered the apex of pay grades, or how "favored nations" contracts worked. Plus, I got to find out that the cooler Nash used in the Arn Anderson "spot" bit was REALLY Arn's cooler!!

Hall and Nash's favored nations clause shows why rasslin' promoters hate actual factual sports agents to death, LOL

I passed on both the Monday Night Wars and first nWo discs due to poor reviews, so I'd be interested in nWo: The Revolution as it'd all be new stuff to me. AE too, why not.

I didn't get to the roundtable discussion. I'll give that a look. But the actual video itself was very disappointing. Like I said, the RF interview with the outsiders was fascinating b/c they gave you so much of what went on behind the scenes in WCW, and why it was such a trainwreck.
