You can tell it is improv because people are not acting like savages. Needs more ugly Americanism.

cool.

I was going to rail against the unrepentant consumerism, but then I saw this is a small business and the guy was genuinely thrilled.

You're right, I like this one better than the ham sander one.

And you can tell it's "Improv Everywhere" because it's not actually improv.

You know it's a slow work day when you keep watching thinking it's going to get funny at some point. It's like your tolerance for lameness goes up during bouts of boredom or something.

zzzzzz.

Cute. Lame. Hopefully they all did spend a few dollars there.

That guy seemed genuinely happy. I wonder if they later told him it was a prank.

There wasn't any death or trampling of little old ladies or fistfights over some stupid electronic crap item. But still..it made the store owner happy, and it's something he will remember. Nice job guys.

And they donated the unwanted items to a local charity. Well played, Improv Everywhere..

Boring. Uninspired. Improv Everywhere has jumped the shark. It seems like when they started, they thought of something funny to do, then did it, and people laughed at/with them. Now, it seems like they think of something to do, do it, and expect people will think it's funny because they did it.

I liked and it turned out to be a sweet gesture to the store owner.

It was worth it for the "I love big cans" signs everywhere. Who doesn't love big cans.

In other news, the Dollar Store is a great place to get your Christmas gift bags, wrapping paper and scotch tape.

What if, like, instead of buying stuff, a bunch of us ran in and knocked over all the shelves and stole a bunch of stuff?

That would be funny!

It's a fake! I can tell because I saw a $1.19 and up sign at one point. Dollar store my ass!

/got nothin'
