I want to see this guy back and he doesn't have to wrestle a single match. He needs his own commentary track and announce table at every show. Maybe a podium next to the Spanish announce team.

2012-11-25 04:39:40 PM
So what Bleacher Report really meant was "Five TNA guys".

2012-11-25 04:43:23 PM
Colt Cabana.
Carlito.
Shelton Benjamin.

Flair will be back sooner than later.

2012-11-25 04:50:35 PM
Nope. Aside from RVD:

Flair is the biggest asshole on pro wrestling. After the shiat he stirred about loyalty to Vince and so on, I'm glad he's at the second rate promotion and hope that when TNA finds him to be too expensive, the WWE keeps their doors shut on him.
Angle is a trainwreck and with his neck issues I'm shocked he hasn't died in ring yet.
Sting . . . .meh. If this was a few years ago, no question. But it's old Sting and Vince will likely just make him job to Cena.
Jeff Hardy - is he clean now? If so: sure. If not, leave him be.

I Said: Jeff Hardy - is he clean now? If so: sure. If not, leave him be.

He's clean, but the side effect is that we now hear the voices in his head. And they're disappointingly dull.

Is this his new schtick? I haven't been watching, but I assume anyone taken back by WWE will either get their old WWE angle back, or something completely new.

Flair is already gone and will be in WWE soon.

It'd be nice to see Angle, Sting and RVD go to the WWE hall of fame. I'd add Tazz and Steiner to that list as well. That's about the only way I want them in the WWE ring. At this point, how good could a Sting/Undertaker match possibly be, now that both men are closer to 50, beat up and their character are both long expired. It's like getting a Hogan/Flair match in 2012... it'll just make you wonder if it would have been good if they'd have done it ten, twenty years ago.

I wouldn't mind Flair being a GM or something. I never want to see Ric Flair in wrestling trunks again.

That sucks. I'd really like for Vince to tell him to go pound dirt.

I must be he only person who dislikes RVD. Such is entertainment I suppose.

Vince can be a very vindictive bastard to those he's hired out of spite. Let's just wait and see.

Angle is an impossibility, as he wouldn't pass the medical evaluation to get in, just like with UFC.

Flair is in after the lawsuit is dropped.

Hardy is possible, but unlikely.

Sting is 50+ years old, and can barely hang with TNA wrestlers.

RVD simply doesn't give a shiat anymore and wouldn't do the schedule. TNA's killed off whatever remaining draw he did have.

I would like to see Angle out of the business altogether.

I'm not a fan of watching someone die on TV. And if he were to return to the WWE, his death would almost be a given.

2012-11-25 05:56:00 PM
and ISaid sighting in a wrestling thread? Is this November 2011 or 2012? I'm so lost....

I would like to see Angle back in the WWE, but that guy is a physical mess. I would hate to see him go back to his Hardy-like problems like the tail end of his tenure in WWE. I wish Shelton Benjamin had been used and pushed right...he should have been a heavyweight champ.

I think most of the IWC views him as over the hill.

Sting is the only guy I would be interested in coming to WWE. I think in the end all we'll see is a legends contract and DVD down the road when Sting needs some cash.

I Said: Sting . . . .meh. If this was a few years ago, no question. But it's old Sting and Vince will likely just make him job to Cena.

Agree. If WWE signed Sting he'd have to job to at least several wrestlers - to "prove" that WWE wrestling is still the best. They would never let him be a top performer.

One of the guys HHH put over.

Kurt and Jeff both are better off in TNA. The road schedule with the WWE is too hard, and they would both end up falling prey to their addictions.

Sting is better off known as the biggest name to never be in the WWE.

Naitch is going to be back in the WWE just as soon as the TNA lawsuit is settled.

RVD? I don't see him going back there, just because they frown on his pot use, and TNA is more lenient about it.

The third option is jobbing to Trips, regardless of your gimmick. So there's that.

I see zero mentions of the two men who should be the only people on this list:

Austin Aries
John Morrison

I don't think he was an official employee (he missed making the cast on Tough Enough), but he did voice Jacob Cass in WWE '12.

This, pretty much. Technicality, sure, but there aren't many people who would object to Aries coming to the WWE.

I'd also like to see Lance Storm or Steve Blackman do something in WWE again before they get too old.

Vince can't even develop and properly utilize the talent he has. You think anyone coming off a stint in TNA would be used as anything other than a Jobber to the Star?

People wanted to see that Sting vs Undertaker match happen so bad, and were so let down when it ended up being Triple H and Taker again.

Trust me, we we'd be better off with a 4th Taker/HHH match than anything Sting would put together with Taker.

Is he injured or does creative have nothing for him. Bring him back after Mania and let him have a title run as a face.

SHARK BOY.

How about instead let's get rid of the crap the WWE currently has on the roster and hire some people with personalities and mic skills?
