The FCC does not have anything to say on cursing on cable.

He clearly said fighters

Next you'll try to convince me that a female sideline reporter asked about emotions.

I'm pretty sure he said "bull-buggering beast-killers of no fixed abode." My old swimming coach used that one all the time.

He just got choked up while trying to say "fighters". Calm the fark down.

We have to be preemptive assholes towards the Parents Television Council-type folks. The ones who have nothing better to do with their lives than complain about a boob or a swear word on TV (ignoring the massive amounts of violence or the limp dick pill commercials). Just because it's cable doesn't mean they won't make a stink about it.

Seriously, I'd call those people coonts, but they lack the warmth or the depth.

Did anyone catch the Georgia game right at the end?
You hear clear as day- fark that, that's bullshiat!
The announcer goes "uhhh....we apologize for what you're hearing, we are right next to the coach's booth."

Heard that. They said a few things over there during the broadcast.

I watched it live. He said "fighters" and got choked up. You people probably still think there's a ghost in "3 Men and a Baby."

Not really, although the bottom says espn2 in a few places the feed was on ABC so subby probably found the only feed he could.

Yeah, heard it too, I was wondering what happened....you can bet they ask for more sound proofing in that booth

He meant fighters but he said farkers. Freudian slip.

I would think the ABC affiliates that were carrying the feed would be subject to any penalties then, rather than ESPN.

A fleeting explitive in a non-scripted event I'm pretty sure is something they're not punishing anymore.

Fleeting expletives haven't been punished since Obama took office. The Jesus-FCC was GW Bush's thing.

Actually the ruling came down while bush was still in office and it has more to do with the guys in charge of the FCC, not who is president, its not like they appoint a new head of the FCC every new president

Stop bringing reason and facts into a discussion where people get to feel superior to other people because the guy they like is President.
