Millennium: stuffy: Would never expect that kind of behavior from a Tea Party Candidate.I don't know; maybe back during his political career, but it sounds to me like he's gone full Sovereign Citizen nowadays. Even the Tea Partiers look down on them.
Marcus Aurelius: wejash: The JP adjourned the case and left the room because a mob, headed by a possibly-armed defendant were pushing towards a mini-riot, leaving the cops to clear 'em out. JPs tend to be part-time judges and I'll bet this is not exactly over, just going to escalate to more serious charges.Contempt of court, and that's just for starters. I guarantee that judges, even JPs, do not suffer shenanigans in their courtrooms lightly.
Itstoearly: Say what you want about Republicans, but they have far bigger balls than Democrats.
