Here's a better idea: do his fking job and let his actions speak for themselves.

If that ever happened, I would have to start believing in unicorns, and leprechauns.

He thought he did his job in the last election, with people waiting the entire day to vote.

2012-11-23 07:45:26 AM
He will need a lot of money to run for re-election.....he will most likely be primaried out. He cannot beat a Democrat in a general election, and the NRA/Second Amendment people are POed with his lynch-job on George Zimmerman

2012-11-23 08:07:09 AM
If he gets four more years the people in FL are dumber than their reputation.

Alphax: He thought he did his job in the last election, with people waiting the entire day to vote.

And he still failed at his self-appointed task there, much the same way the Ohio GOP failed at their self-appointed task of making it difficult for the Dems to carry the state.

Wait, this is the governor that looks like Lex Luthor, right?

Maybe he will just shorten voting days/hours to one day 8 to 9 am. All other votes will not be counted.

You know, at some point, after politicians ask for more money time after time after time, eventually even the dumbest of us are going to figure it out, right?

He understands his mistakes now, and he feels very bad. If Florida keeps him, he'll govern much differently from here on out.

If my Thanksgiving in Jacksonville was any indication, we're more stupid than our reputation could possibly be.

All this is well and good, but no matter what challenges he faces, there's still one thing that virtually assures his re-election:

Look at the tag, people.

No, he's filling the war chest because he wants to walk away with it when he loses.

You usually just have to tell them that they'll go to hell if they don't believe the evil guy is not evil. Just ask any non-far-eastern religion.

If only white males had voted, Romney would have garnered 501 electoral votes and won the biggest landslide in US history.

A fact that, I assure you, has not escaped the attention of the derp wing of the GOP.

After the ROI they got in the last election I wonder how willing wealthy donors will be to open the purse strings in 2014.

I genuinely thought that he wasn't going to run, he's hated that much. They could run an inanimate carbon rod and he'd still lose.

yea, throw more money (and sh*t) on the wall and hope it sticks. that'll fix things.

A good solution to the problem of people not liking you is to probably not do things that make people not like you, instead of doing those things and then spending millions lying to people about what you've done.

I overheard a couple teabaggers at work talking about how "the urban voter problem" is what cost the GOP the election. The conversation was filled with gems such as "Those people don't have any skin in the game, so why should they get a vote?" They also blamed young women and educated people for the loss, with equally offensive statements about those groups.

It's pretty hilarious that the right wing has identified the reason for their loss as "too many people voted for the other guy".

If we learned anything from the last election, you can totally buy elections. Mitt Romney had tons of extremely wealthy people at his back, throwing him money and now look at him: President of these United States!

Only that didn't happen. Turns out, being a cock waffle with no plan for the presidency a popular and electoral vote does not earn. Hopefully Floridians kick this guy to the curb come next election provided he doesn't play around with their ability to vote.

And there was some shady shiat with his wife owning the controlling shares of the testing company or something. I think it was ruled unconstitutional.

And he shiatcanned the high speed rail that everyone voted for and would have created 30,000 jobs and was already paid for by the Fed but then he requested a shiatload of money from the Fed for the RNC that no one went to but farked up traffic for days.

There's a laundry list of shady shiat he's been involved in.

Frog use or abuse? Do frogs have a legitimate medicinal value? Or do people just use them to get all hopped up?

I think what's hilarious is that rather than figuring out how to adjust their platform to attract more people, they decided that the way to handle it is to keep trying to stop people from voting. I also think it's hilarious that upon realizing that the voter blocks that they just spent 4 years demonizing are basically the ones that cost them the election, they decide the answer is to keep casting stones as if that'll make 'em come back. To top it all off, those voter blocks are increasing, while the GOP base is dying off, so there's no long-term way for them to survive without changing.

Well only could Florida vote for Scott because he was running for governor of....Florida. And I'm pretty sure a couple other states voted for Obama, seeing as how Romney conceded before the Florida votes even came in so Florida ultimately didn't matter, despite the amount of time he spent there,
