If this is the best you got, right-wingers, you're in for a long, bumpy ride.

Best put on your big girl panties and knuckle up, buttercup. Because it's not gonna get any better from here on in.

I mean, really. Just... wow.

This is what makes Obama and Romney different. Obama, while trying his best to improve diplomatic relations, is a kid in big shoes. He tries his best but he's still new and awkward.

Romney is just an arsehole.

2012-11-20 03:30:38 PM

vpb: This is just sad. People on the right desperately want to pay the left back for laughing at them, but all they can do is point to insignificant things like having difficulty with Burmese names and pretend that this is comparable to pointlessly suggesting that the UK wasn't able to handle Olympic security.

I thought he implied they weren't ready on many levels, not just security. Romney is a butthole and the repubs couldn't stand him either, his own party ran from him in the primaries like he was a leper. Then these same dipshiats that couldn't stand him are surprised and hateful when nobody else does either. Typical right wing bs.

No, actually, someone with four years on the job is not "new and awkward". There are only four living people - Jimmy Carter, George H. W. Bush, George W. Bush, and Bill Clinton - who have as much or more experience as Obama does.

Why are you so angry? You won! This isn't a big deal... well unless you think it's a big deal and you have to spend your day defending your president on the internet over it!

This is going to be an easy four years for me. You guys are already screaming your heads off like a sea of hungry babies.

Publish epic conservative butthurt article, watch liberal mock the conservative butthurt, claim liberals are 'screaming their heads off like a sea of hungry babies'...

And yet, the vast majority of the world likes Obama/Clinton/Carter over every piece of trash the Republicans have thrown forth. I wonder why that is?

dennysgod: In addition, as The Weekly Standard notes, Obama was quick to use the Burmese regime's preferred word "Myanmar", to describe Burma, which is not the term officially used by the US government, or by Burma's opposition activists.

So Obama called the Republic of the Union of Myanmar as Myanmar instead of it's old colonial name of Burma
