It does look humanoid. If it were only one (assuming TFA is real) I'd think it was a deformed kid from a villager who sent it off into the woods to fend for itself. There being three others...

Seriously, WTF?

Holy shiat, I was just thinking that, actually...

Also: notice how the pic is blurry? It almost makes it look like Bigfoot's illegitimate offspring.

Sorry, I don't buy it.

These days, everyone has cell phones with functional cameras on them. I just got back from 2 years in the deep African bush, and even little kids out in the middle of nowhere had Chinese knockoffs of good phone brands. If this is the best photo they can produce, I'm going to call 'hoax'.

Mr. Peepers, no!

2012-11-20 01:01:19 PM
Hmm. Not a traditional Muppet, but I can see a sort of Jim Henson Company influence there. You could put that in the background of The Dark Crystal and it would blend in pretty well.

Beyond that, I have no comment on the story. I'm a Muppetologist, not a cryptozoologist.

I can tell you don't have no children. Maybe one day you'll learn... the pride... the love... when you know your boy will do anything for his mother.

They shot that photoshop dead.

It probably evolved from the Montauk Monster, which, of course, is a descendant of Sasquatch,

Because I was thinking chupacabra.

glad they killed it, but not enough fire used.

Extra bonus points to the farker of strong enough constitution to google birth defects to find out what that looks like. Because that looks like a badly formed babby that someone wanted to make go bye bye, and the other similar creatures and the "Commin' right at us!" might just be bullshiat.

2012-11-20 01:07:17 PM
So, they had the presence of mind to 'photograph' the one, but 'forgot' to photograph the 3 others they found in a lair?

/ something something...pixels.

Did some research on the photo, apparently it's been making the rounds for a few years.

It's apparently real, though not of an unknown creature. It's a human infant with arcania. Sad.

2012-11-20 01:09:44 PM
Sooo...it has a human body, human face and ears, plus long rabbit ears. And it's dead but looking at the camera. OK. New species.
Quick! Shouldn't somebody document this somewhere??

That was my thought. If it was actually somewhat true, however...

I used to be that way as a kid. Learned quite a bit about nature that way. Probably not the best way.
