Rwa2play: peterthx: /fark iTunes & their shiatty software

iTunes got me so turned off of their BS I went back to WMP to play some off my ripped music.

Actually happier for it; of course, I'd be even happier is someone actually came out with a 64 gig player not named iPod touch.

/Sony actually had one
//But AFAIK it was only released in Japan
///Farking Sony

You could get a Sansa Fuze which has a SD micro expansion slot. 8gb fuze is about $50 and 64gb sd micro is about $60. So for $110, there ya go.

I love the Bon Scott years and I think as a singer, Brian Johnson is great. It would have been hard for anyone to fill Bon's shoes and I'm glad they didn't try to just find someone who had the same sound and style as him.Thunderstruck,What Do You For Money and a few others always gets me to rock out.

Kazaa: jiaxiaobo: Anyone know who the "last major iTunes hold-outs" are?

Def Leppard is (sort of) on that list, but not really voluntarily. Universal wasn't paying them what they thought was a fair share of royalties for digital downloads. However, the band's contract gave them final say over how their music is released, so they told Universal to EABOD. (You can buy some re-recorded versions of a couple of their hits, and a few of the actual music videos, but none of the studio versions in audio format.)

Bob Seger is also a little bit of a holdout, as none of his studio albums are on iTunes. However, there is a greatest hits on iTunes that features most of his hits.

I think Prince only counts as a holdout as far as his recent releases. All of his Warner Bros output (ie, the stuff the average person knows) is there.

Others (some mentioned already): Tool, Kid Rock, Garth Brooks, King Crimson

Black Sabbath (w/ozzy)

Getting a new AC/DC album is like getting a new George Thorogood album but you know that and expect it. Like COD Black Ops II or the next Mario games.

They have released 2 albums in the last 10 years or so and both turned out a lot better than anything they did in the mid 80's-90's.

I went looking for King Crimson on iTunes and Amazon the other night and found nothing.

Guess what I found when I went to the pirate bay...

No, not the best looking, but cleary the most affordable way to get 64gb. I have one of the older ones and it's not bad. Still had to get an ipod too since my car wouldn't recognize the file system on teh Sansa.
