Mighty Joe Flacco is going to have his usual lousy game on the road, amplified by the Steelers' pass rush and defense, they'll get the ball to Ray Rice a few times and then forget about him as usual, and Pittsburgh will grind the Ratbirds' dilapidated defense into powder on the ground, giving Leftwich enough time to unfold his delivery and complete enough paases to win.

Pittsburgh by 10. You heard it here first.

Greenlighting the Sunday night thread before the Sunday afternoon games have even started? What would TMQ think about this Fark football thread creep?

This is, what 3 night games in a row now? I know the Stillers are popular but Jesus 3 in a row?

I don't have high hopes for this game. We barely beat the Chefs. This doth not bode well.

The commies are working on greenlighting SNF threads on saturday night! We must not be allowed to have a "football thread gap."

Yeah, but they kicked the shiat out of the Giants.

They seem to play down to their opponents for whatever reason, and they always play Baltimore like it's the Super Bowl. I can't remember the last time a BAL-PIT game was a blowout, Hell, Pittsburgh took the Ratbirds to overtime with Dennis freaking Dixon a few years back.

The point is that with Pittsburgh you never know what will happen from week to week, but you can be sure that they'll be up for Baltimore.

Anybody have the over/under on players being crippled this time? :P

I don't blame you for blocking it out, but let me jog your memory anyway: 35-7

Oh they will. Perhaps they mistakenly thought the Chefs would be a blowout, perhaps not. But one thing is for sure: Pittsburgh most DEFINITELY respects (and hates) Baltimore. They are a world class team, and nobody on the Stillers organization takes them for the Washington Generals. I just hope the defense can win this one, I don't look for the offense to.

ayup.

I don't like that "PIT without Ben is 0-4 vs BAL" statistic floating around though.

One thing is sure, we always bring it against you guys.

All I know is that this game needs to be a shootout with Torrey Smith and Heath Miller getting all the receptions or my fantasy team is farked.

This game is going to hurt. Ravens win by 30+. Ray Rice has 250+ yards combined. Flacco throws 5 TDs.

If I'm going to win this week, Suggs needs to hospitalize a couple dozen Steelers and maybe a fan or two tonight.

/Playing against my wife's team this week.

Everyone on my team had a meh or bad game...except for Andre Johnson. I have a decent shot to win this week thanks to one 50pt (in my league) man.

They're wearing the ugly uniforms and Leftwhich is going to throw at least two picks. I feel sick already.

Really hope Ben is functional soon, going from fighting for the division to 6-6 would be pretty sad. Not Cleveland sad, but still sad.
