FTA: The plot of Devil's Due is described thus by IMDb: "A young girl fleeing an abusive home life arrives in New York City and becomes involved in a satanic cult. She conspires with the cult leader's two lesbian assistants to take over the coven."

Back when porn had actual plots and dialog.

Good for her. Sad in a way, she may never be able to climb the political ladder in that profession, as I am sure that she will be smeared and otherwise destroyed in the press. She did what she wanted when she was younger, and now she has a job to get through life. People, of course, will demonize her for the sex.

/sad

FTA: "Mark Suben, the DA in Cortland County near Syracuse since 2008, held a news conference Friday to say he had lied about his past in the days before this year's election."

Am I missing something here?

Anyway. I was going to ask if penises usually shrink with age. While they're still attached, I mean.

2012-11-17 12:38:13 PM
Who thinks it's a good idea to lie about your past, especially when it's on film?

"Were you in porn movies?"
"No."
"Here's a porn movie with you in it."
"Yeah, I lied. But that was before I was a lawyer."
"So, you lied as a lawyer."
"Vote for me!"

In other news, Gus was once a porn name.

So the Leatham's admittedly aren't paying their bills and living up to their legal requirements under a contract voluntarily entered into and it's the creditor's fault?

Yeah, that makes complete sense.

PAY YOUR FARKING BILLS PEOPLE. AND DON'T TRY TO DEFLECT RESPONSIBILITY WHEN YOU CAN'T.

2012-11-17 12:42:40 PM
Different deal, but several of the women I went to law school with stripped on the weekends. Law school is expensive and that's a fairly lucrative part time job. No one I know demonized them for it. You gotta do what you gotta do.

Take a deep breath and once your outrage has ebbed, you may notice that your post in this thread is very, very different from those surrounding you. Then ask yourself why.

Why does anyone even care about this? So he acted in porn when he was younger, maybe he needed the money or maybe he just thought it was fun (exhibitionism, get to show off, get to screw a bunch of hot women).

People should be able to have non-sex-work careers after giving up sex work. WTF, people.

2012-11-17 12:48:14 PM
But it was a small part?

/ba dum tssssh

2012-11-17 12:49:49 PM
Women who acted in porn lose their new careers if it's discovered.

2012-11-17 12:50:00 PM
All jokes aside, if a DA can be tied to a lie for all of his career, and had done so up until he is caught, shouldn't that be actionable? His lame response of "it was 40 years ago get over it, I'm not going to resign." does not sit well with me. What if it had only been four years? Should we have gotten over it then also?

Shouldn't the people that administrate our justice system held to a higher standard of moral conduct then those they administrate over?

Next, you'll be saying cops should be held to a higher standard, too. People in power think it's cute when we plebes think that.

Go and seek out the alt porn world. OK, not exactly plots, but there's people out there doing far more interesting stuff than what Vivid and the like produce e.g. Art of the Blowjob.

Not that it matters... but you should visit Mr. Skin (web site) if you want to see your favorite ADA (from LAO) in more adult fashion.

See, this why people are afraid to have a different, unpopular viewpoint; they simply get mocked by those who don't "get it".

Ghost Roach: So what you're saying is you are voting for Sasha Grey in 2016?

Running for President right out of the gate would be a bit much for anybody, porn star or not. But really, why not? If Ilona Staller ("Cicciolina") can be elected to Parliament in Italy, why can't a porn star have a political career in the U.S.?

/seconded on Belladonna though

2012-11-17 01:20:52 PM
I'm sorry, why does it matter if he acted in porn? I fail to see how this would affect his ability to do his job even if he kept doing it now... I'm not saying I'm into the old people porn, but well, America needs to grow up a little bit. It's just sex.

2012-11-17 01:22:12 PM
Anyone else bothered by the fact that the guy who posted the video to YouTube enabled ads so he can collect revenue from the views?

Also, his video editing skills suck big time.
